The order been placed on their website at 20.04.26 and paid, it supposed to be produced in 8 business days then shipped, after 8 business days no tracking number, nothing. Support admitted that she needs to follow up with the factory to check on the status. It's been days of silence since then. All my following up emails simply ignored.
I can say nothing about product itself because it never been shipped to me.

When I ordered my blind, I took exact measurements from my window and there was a list of check boxes for things like chain hanging from left side or right side, an option for a metal chain and choice of fabric etc. When the blind arrived it was 2 cm too narrow and I was sent a right chain attachment when I requested a left one. When they responded to my complaint, they didn’t show an ounce of concern. Even if the customer is wrong, you should always start with an apology. They were adamant about the chain controller and apparently there is a small diagram on their website that tells you to add the centimetres to allow for the controller and side mount. You would think that that would be their job and my job is simply to give them the dimensions of the window. Anyway, they refuse to make amends or refund me and I am giving them a big zero. And the chain mount is a right side and I ordered a left side. The distinguishable difference is that there is a small elongated plastic sheath that conceals part of the chain. That should be at the front not at the back. Buy elsewhere.
