Rubbish company

Don't ever work for this company, 7 weeks without pay. And done it so some of it is before april so will be dine by loads of tax and insurance which is a joke! How do they expect us to pay bills, we didnt even get informed that wages wernt going to be paid, we had to chase them several times, with them ignoring emails. They have Lied from day one to the end. Its going towards court now as they have broke the contract not paying on time. And there words were you are not getting paid till we have sorted the money out, which they had a week to sort it out! Vile attitude. All they are after is money, no respect for staff and customers, no staff stop there, some only been there 8 months so it shows you, someone left after a day, They are now looking at taking money of wages for bad work, when customers have all been happy with the work and even gave out tips, so they just trying to get more money for themselves. They constantly lie. Hours were supose to be 8.30 till 5. 12 hours a day sometimes not having a break or lunch, ridiculous and breaking the law there. Even when you feel ill or have covid they expect you to work and put the sob story on they will loose money themselves, not thinking about there staff or even customers catching it. Very very selfish company. Keep away from them.

I would normally be inclined to ask for this to be removed as it’s purely a disgruntled ex employee who is getting his partner to fight his battles for him for the world to see and not actually about our service but I have decided not to as this has no reflection on the standard of our work and I would be happy for our customers to see this as there are very much two sides to every story.

Just to clarify we do have staff that stay with us (the good ones) and quite frankly we can’t wait to see the back of the ones that aren’t.
As I advised on Friday I was out of the office and you were welcome to ring the office to get a response to your email. We are currently in the middle of several customer complaints, as you were forwarded one example of quite rightly customers wanting money back for poor workmanship. We advised the wages would be paid at the beginning of next week when the appropriate deductions were made as these complaints are still coming through after finishing employment with us.

Please also feel free to proceed with legal action as you advised.

As far as I was aware, there’s no obligation anymore for employees to stay off with covid? So if you are well enough to work whilst feeling unwell then as a business we would encourage our employees to if able:Nobody forced anybody to come to work and whilst having no sickness absence you decided that the last day you were due to work of your notice period you were unwell seems a little coincidental to us in all honesty. And unless you hadn’t realised, we don’t have a customer facing role, we work outside in full ventilation, on peoples cars?? Not in peoples houses so again I hardly think we are putting anybody in danger. More a case of last day, couldn’t be bothered to come into work.

Working hours are 8.30 to 5pm but as you quite clearly are an expert on our contracts you will also see that there are times where you will be expected to work later to get a job finished. You forget the times where you have been home before 5pm as there has been jobs cancelled or no other work for the day so I think we both know that evens itself out. Additionally it’s a driving job so you may have additional driving time to get home but you tell me any job where you work until 5pm but would expect your travel time to be included in that to get home.

We can’t manage our technicians lunch breaks again as it’s a mobile position and at no point have we ever instructed anyone to not take a break, this is purely a bad case of time management as our other technicians have no issue completing far more complex repairs than yourself and get a break and home in a respectable time.

And yes you are right, we do want money. We are a business after all and despite you constantly disagreeing with the fact that your customers have complained about your work is factually not true. There were numerous reworks whilst in employment and several coming through since. So contractually we are obliged to recover the costs incurred to the company. This is why you have been advised the wages will be processed this coming week.

We haven’t lied from day one, we unfortunately employed someone who couldn’t handle the role of a mobile technician, as well as poor workmanship resulted in him leaving the company, for which we cannot be responsible for. I’m sorry that you feel so aggrieved about the process we have followed but I’m sure any customer reading this will agree that as a business we should not be the bearer of costs from someone who has 1-ruined a customers driveway we are expected to foot the bill to clean, 2- ruined a customers bonnet which as a result requires a full respray and the list goes on…

So with a little patience in a few days you will have what is owed to you and be glad we don’t have to continue this working relationship when we are still trying to recover any damage to our reputation from technicians not cut out for the job.

Great Work

I am extremely satisfied with the repair carried out by John. The quality of the work was exceptional, and my car looks as good as new. Having the repair completed at home was an added convenience that I truly appreciated. If I ever require any further scratch repairs, I would not hesitate to use your service again in the future.

A self inflicted scrape on the plastic bumper and black trim, can't even pretend to blame my partner as she doesnt drive! The repair tech turned up at the agreed time. Colour match on the repair is spot on. No evidence of a repair being carried out, which is exactly as it should be. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the work

Engineer turned up early, done a cracking job on the bonnet of my car. Also sorted out a couple of other small areas whilst waiting for the paint to dry. Also very friendly. Would use again for myself and also would recommend to others.
