I have just read your reply to the 1 star review I left and it is totally wrong
I did not get any message or phone call from anybody I did say not to come as I had things to do utter rubbish
First you don’t show up and then you print lies in your reply
I have never left a bad review before
But you really deserve it and who ever replies to your reviews needs to get their facts right
Disgraceful way for a company to act
You say you want to improve your company and take reviews seriously
Well try and improve and don’t try and blame your companies shortcomings on the customer

Great experience
Great experience, I was hesitating to use a mobile mechanic but he did a great job. He (John) was here on time and the car is good as new. You will not see the dent at all and the paint job is superb. Great service. I will definitely recommend Hall auto

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. Half the price of the competition, fitted me in that same week, Chris the engineer arrived bang on time and fixed the work back to new in just a few hours. I thought it was all too good to be true when I first contacted them but I was dead wrong and would use them again without a second thought. Can’t recommend enough!
