I had given up hope of retrieving any money back from this so called investment when Ewan of Hallbrook approached me. Ewan was extremely professional and competent and he managed to get all my money back. Not only that but in record time.

I was contacted by Hallbrook regarding investments I had made, many years ago. I am always sceptical of calls involving money. I needn't have been. Hallbrook were so professional and kept me up to date on everything they were doing. The result was amazing. Funds returned from those investments, plus interest and all from an initial call. Yes, commission was paid, but I had given up on the original investments, so, overall, a very good experience.

Because of their knowledge and experience they were able to help me complete a claim with the FSCS for losses on investments that failed due to malpractices by the Company involved in marketing of those investments.

Following the collapse of a firm in which I had bought some shares I had frankly written off the investment. I was approached by Hallbrook Partners and it was made clear that the shares had been fraudulently mis-sold by serial asset strippers.
Hallbrook represented me in the case and, to my surprise, successfully won compensation on my behalf.
They were extremely diligent, professional and courteous throughout and kept me continually informed about the progress of the case.

I cant say enough to tell you how impressed and grateful I am for the services offered by Hallbrook. They initially contacted me by letter to advise me that I may have been mis-sold some shares that I had purchased around 20 years ago and that I was one of the named shareholders on the share holder register. I had completely erased this experience from my memory as I had even destroyed old paperwork relating to the purchase. I was somewhat dubious to begin with as the letter had gone to my old address and I initially thought it was too far back to do anything about it. I sat on the letter for a while and then decided to contact Hallbrook, my contact was Ashley. From there-on he dealt with everything, explaining that it may be possible to get compensation for this share deal that I had many years ago. I was still a little bit cautious about being excited, but, bit by bit, Ashley fought for my compensation. It took a while, but a few months later I received a phone call and a letter from the FSCS stating that my claim for compensation had been successful. Hallbrook obviously have a commission payment as they operate on a no-win, no-fee basis, which is fair enough. Had Hallbrook not contacted me I wouldnt have got anything back at all, so they have definitely earned their commission out of all this. Well done to Hallbook and in particular Ashley for your hard work in getting my money back.

Halbrook and in particular Ewan have been great. Professional, thoughtful and made the process easy. They had done all the homework on the relevant facts and collated information in advance to send to FSCS. I would use them again. It was a pleasure to work with them.
