After $9000 plus made they erased my account after requesting a withdrawal. They said there was another account but when I said I didn't recall I'd like her to send me proof of the similar as she said there was she ignored my request and then erased my account. Good thing I took a picture for proof before she did that

Absolutely without a doubt a scam. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! 1st off I did extremely well on a free $100 chip, had my balance near $400 a few times and stayed between $100-$240 as i was working to meet the play through amount, I had $236 in my balance when i knew i was either done or within a couple dollars of meeting the playthrough so i message chat to confirm. when i ended chat and refreshed the page $100 dropped off from my balance, I assumed that was the house recouping its free chip, and that left me with over $100, and the max cash out on the free chip would be $100; I ran to the bank to throw some cash on my card to get some crypto to make their required validation deposit, get back home send the deposit to be told i cant access the deposit until i withdrawal my $100 winnings PLUS THE 100 FREE CHIP STILL!! I told them that the $100 had come off my balance when i was dealing with chat earlier confirming i met the play through, and immediatly the agent went defensive saying agent wouldnt have anything to do with it, as opposed to a lesser guilty mentality would offer to look into it and see if perhaps something glitched in out etc. instead I had clearly played that $100 while i was driving a scooter to the bank because service agents wouldnt do such a thing--- which for the record, i never accused them of malice up to that point as i really though the $100 that fell off was the free chip going back to them, not them literally stealing it.

Also in their ToC it doesn't say you need to have the free chip and your 100 winnings to withdrawal, it says:
"All bonuses are non-cashable and will be removed at the time of withdrawal: e.g, if a player receives a bonus of US$100.00 and later requests a $390.00 withdrawal, the $100.00 bonus will be removed and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied."

Which I interpreted as, I cant request a withdrawal of $50 because it would be less then the bonus, buy i obviously should have been able to get $100 after doing a 20x rollover . so not only did they get my $30 cash, they swiped $100 to gaslight me into wagering more then i needed to and of course lossing it, then releasing the deposit that had to wager 1x but obviously lost too. Then I get another $50 free chip because i allowed their notifications. i'm working on the RO for it when i get to $0.63 cents in my balance and want to change games... Now i cant even play out or try to roll back up on that balance without making ANOTHER deposit. literally a Black screen comes up that says "There is no enough money in your account
Make a deposit now and start winning money!" (yes typo included). I again reached out to support to find out what was going on to be told that you have to have a minimum of $1 to open and play the slots..." well not all of them, you could go through and check..." These Scam artist have stolen my money and a significant amount of my time and serotonin on a wild goose chase. DONT DO IT. DONT WALK, RUN!

They are scammers they dont pay anything. I curse their forefathers for breeding such abomination. I hope them the worst in life and i hope they get whats coming.

Right for the ones that trying to withdraw more then yah ment to withdraw then it's yah own fault for not responding terms and conditions as it states the min to withdraw is 500 and maximum is 1000 so read the terms and conditions before trying withdraw

I used a bonus code for $300, made the required playthrough amount and I've reached over $65,000 only to be told I have no access to my winnings. Not one dime! This is complete by! There's nothing more we can do but write bad reviews??

This casino is horrible. I won $1500 so I played with $500 and am trying to withdraw $1000 and they are giving me the run around. They keep putting “cash back bonuses 1 for $100 and another 2 for $200 and they said I can play just for fun. Why would I do that? I deposited my own $30 did not use their bonuses and I rightfully won $1500. They weren’t happy that I kept $500 in my account they don’t want to pay what they have admitted they owe. Don’t play at this casino because they don’t want to pay if you win using your own money.

Im having same problem not being able to get my money. I withdrew at 2000 back in August last year im not getting no response I have records of my winnings. The excuse lack of data is all it shows the money was never redeposited nothing its just gone.

As many others have stated Hallmark is a scam. They don't inform you in the beginning that you can't have more than one account from any IP address which is comical considering that IP address's are constantly changing and can't be linked with any one person's identity. When you go use a public wifi you share IP address with thousands of other people. I have never heard of anything like this prior or after this. Then they only offer one withdrawal method ( a check that takes up to 3 weeks to get to you. So.... How convenient another site that has no problem taking your money but good luck getting any out.

I claimed a free chip and met all the requirements for it including the deposit needed but when it was time for me to make a withdrawal I was told I couldn't. I won over 100,000 dollars and was told I could not withdraw any of it.

So very easy to deposit funds, damn near impossible to get a payout. My complaints echo the dozens and dozens of reviews I just read on here. You can easily tell most of the positive reviews are fake. My advice to anyone considering opening an account with Hallmark is don't do it.

Before playing ive read the Terms and Conditions and it stated to be wagered 20x on slots or 50x on something else.

I got lucky and since then ive wagered over 80.000 dollars leaving me with 10.000 dollars to withdraw.
There all problems started.

First they told me the maximum withdraw is 100 dollars while their own Terms and Conditions stated it was 100 minimum and 2000 maximum per week, 8000 per month maximum.

Next they told me my country wasnt eligible. So ive told them that If thats true, the code should have said: Your country isnt eligible for this bonus.

Then they told me, Its a free bonus.
So ive told them, why do i need to wager it when its free? Why wager anything if you cant win anything.

Trust me, I still have my 10k in my account, recorded everything and even made pictures of the terms and conditions before starting playing.

So should we locate them using IP and go get our money? Im in for a trip!

The games are pretty bland. Different themes same game. No games have any fun bonuses. I just beat 15k in wagering from a $300 freebie and requested my withdrawal. We will see how that goes. Unless you are playing a no deposit bonus, skip this casino. It's like a super Nintendo in the age of ps5.

Poor explanation of terms and conditions. Very misleading in terms of no deposit bonuses. Requires a deposit of $30 to cash out $100...stupid. Half the games don't load. Rude customer service.
