Customer service was second to non. Emailed them with query on putting my new Magnum greenhouse together within minutes Rachel had contacted me by telephone, talked me through the problem, sent me further instructions with photographs. She also asked for photo of part to ensure it wasn’t damaged and needing replacing. All this within 15 mins of the enquiry,
Ordered online, no problems, delivery on time, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent Customer Service
All our dealings with Halls Greenhouses has been 100% positive, particularly the Customer Service department. Communications concerning order and delivery have been timely and accurate, and all our queries have been answered promptly and efficiently. We now have an excellent greenhouse full of lovely produce. Thank you Halls.

halls greenhouse well worth the money
After placing the order you are kept updated on the delivery and you are given a choice on a delivery time slot. Every thing is well packed the glass comes in a wooden crate the rest is packed in cardboard with all the components in separate bags and a instruction manual which is easy to follow. I had the 6 x 4 foot with the toughened glass which i would recommend as you get longer pains of glass so there is no need for z clips cost a bit more but well worth the cost. I erected the greenhouse on my own it took 7 hours when finished you get a strong and sturdy greenhouse would highly recommend halls greenhouses my mom has had a halls greenhouse 20+ years and it is still going strong never had any problems

Outstanding service , fantastic quality.
I cannot fault the customer service or quality of the Hall Greenhouse we have ordered. From placing the order through to delivery and some subsequent communication over a pane of glass that broke once it had been delivered we have had a first class service. The customer service team answer the phone swiftly , no hanging on call waiting for ages, they are always polite and courteous and manage any of the queries quickly. We could have bought a greenhouse cheaper I am sure , however as the saying goes you get what you pay for and in this instance that is certainly true. I would absolutely return to Halls in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough.
