I’ve been using halo hair extensions for years, I’ve found them the best on the market that are super affordable, the range of colours are phenomenal and the longevity of how the extensions last!

Absolutely beautiful halo. Make sure you check weight. I went with premium and well worth it as I have thick hair. No idea why reviews are so low as my halo is beautiful! Thank you xxx

Nice quality hair and perfect colour match.
I’m not overly happy with the thickness of them. I bought the “deluxe” clip ins and I’m sorry to say they are pretty thin.
I always buy from foxy locks but thought I’d give these a try and wish I just sticked to foxy.

Extensions came got the 12" halo in dark brown quality was okay but hair felt strange the wire is so uncomfortable and it doesn't stay in place so unless you're planning on staying like a Statue all day do not buy them

Got them as a gift from my bf and was so excited to get them only to be a massive disappointment. Will not get a refund due to taking out of packaging but how can you see how poorly the fit is without taking them out?

Long story short don't bother

My first time ordering tape in hair extentions, on the plus side, arrived quickly and blended well with my natural hair. The downside, it matted within a couple of days, was dry and I'd have to brush it almost every half hour to stop matting and frizz. Worst the glue on the tape melted into my natural hair and caused more matting and pain. Had to pay to have them removed after 3 weeks and have lost so much of my natural hair too as some of it couldn't be saved with the glue and matting. Incredibly disappointed and left with absolutely wrecked natural hair. £300 down the drain for my hair to be left in the worse state.

THEY WILL NOT ANWSER MY ANY OF MY EMAILS!

I ordered from their site yesterday, I should have researched beforehand. Immediately after ordering, the confirmation email was flagged by gmail as being suspicious. So, I emailed them back and wanted a full refund as the order had not shipped yet. No answer, I emailed them first thing this morning and no answer. So then I decided to file a complaint and demand a refund from their site. No answer. I want a refund, and am willing to go public now with this. I received a shipping notification this afternoon, so they are blatantly ignoring me .

I am so disapointed in this hair!! I normally order from Hair planet ( real hair!) but they did not have my hair colour in stock, i waited and waited and became desperate as I needed to have my hair extensions refitted before the weekend just gone. The hair from Halo hair extensions is not real hair, it is weaved with synthetic pieces, when you brush the hair it all falls out and looks like someone has shaved off a wig! The hair is stretchy ( as it isnt real) and it cannot be tamed by a straighter as I tested one bond so there is no point. gutted is an understatement for the price I have paid. False advertisment at its finest.

The hair is not human hair, I've had hair extensions for years and know the difference and this is not human hair. The wire is not very elastic so not very flexible, also no clips to secure the extensions a little bit more, there was a strong gust of wind and the extensions blew off my head... Gutted I wasted £160

Hair mats approximately 10 minutes after brushing and straightening, so dry, frizzy and coarse. Never had hair extensions this bad in my life, I have to carry a brush with me everywhere now.
Emailed a complaint and they wanted the hair back for "quality control", expecting me to be without hair for god knows how long because they can't provide what they state on their website. Was happy to send hair back to them tracked and signed provided I got a refund first so I could replace the current hair - no reply to that email haha
"Providing a smooth soft finish that does not tangle or knot" couldn't be further from the truth. There is no way there is 100% Remy human hair, definitely synthetic or some sort of gorilla fur.

I've been a customer of Halo Hair for years and recently the quality of the hair has been shocking. I found strands of black synthetic which melted on my straighteners on a low heat. The clips came loose after a week, I had to stitch them back on myself. I don't think I will buy again.

I’ve just had to send a complaint on the hair , I’ve been a hair extension technician for 20 years so I know about good hair and I’d thought I’d personally try the hair on me to sample , I’ve never come across bundles of nano hair that’s instantly matted and shredded half of its strands in just one day of install 😳 in 20 years I’ve never seen hair so dry and matted that’s instantly turned into a birds nest! £339 on apparently double drawn nano hair that’s not fit for purpose and has to be taken out 😭 I’ve had hair in a year and moved up every 4 weeks that’s looked better than this ☹️

I’m sure the hair is synthetic i bought the weft and the stick tips and within a matter of 3 weeks they are all matted shedding and snapping off worst extensions I’ve ever had won’t get purchasing from halo again

Not sure why the ratings aren't great on Trustpilot but I've been ordering from Halo for a few years and wanted to ensure I give them kudos. Very easy to order from, beautiful hair and free delivery to boot. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else now that I've had a few nightmare experiences with other hair extension sites!

Ordered the tape ins and had a slight issue with them and Rachael couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Within 2 hours she had rectified the issue and couldn’t be happier with the service, great hair great company! Thanks again Rachael

I was so excited, looking forward to my delivery before Christmas which never came so disappointing. What was even more disappointing is the quality and colour match just terrible.

After having years of extensions and unable to buy my usual individuals so near to Christmas I ordered a deluxe 20inch Ash blonde weft. I've had the extensions in for 3 weeks. The amount of hair falling out is shocking. I can brush the hair and 10 mins later its bushy/matted and looks horrendous. The hair is that terrible I've lost about and inch off the length already due to it breaking off. I went to my extension technician for her opinion and when looking at it there bold patches around the top of the weft where all the hairs fallen off and loads of frizzy parts where hair has clearly snapped off. The hair is not even worth £50 let alone the price I paid for it. I've never purchased such poor quality hair before. Would definitely not recommend to anyone and will 100% never be purchasing anything from this company again. Extremely disappointed

Fits awful. Doesn’t feel secure at all. Made with a fishing wire instead of a firm elastic and no clips to secure it. Feels like it could fall off at any moment. Can see the band of hair through my hair, and my hair is not particularly thin. So disappointed in the brand . Was expecting a lot better.
