I have used Halon Tax for many years, prior to it being Halon. The entire staff is very knowledgeable in taxes and their financial services, both which I use. They respond very quickly to emails and phone calls when I have questions or concerns. They have an easy to use system that makes submitting tax documents very easy. It also allows to see the progress of your taxes. I would recommend Halon to everyone from their tax services to their monthly business planning.

First time using Nick and the team, they did a great job. I would recommend Halon if you are a small business looking for a good CPA firm

I used their service in 2018, which was fantastic! Come around to 2019 and it’s been nothing short of a disaster. They started an automated system that gave lots of problems from the start, and when I got to the end, they are asking for $4,000 a year to get my taxes done. They say since I am a “new client” I have to subscribe, even though I was not a new client. They gave me the run around, dodging my questions, and giving lame excuses. I paid $1,400 last year. This year, they want a forced monthly subscription of $388 plus the cost of the return for “add-on” services. The staff was not friendly, and the process was informal and not becoming of the type of firm they claim to be.

So appreciate these guys - they are really reliable and fast - and they'll give you exactly what you need and want. It's exactly what I need to support me and my business. Thank you!!

I love that I finally found a CPA that I can partner up with and offer tax returns to all my clients. With all the law changes, I am not comfortable doing tax returns other than friends and family. Now I can expand my services to my clients and have everything done in one place. Thanks Halon

Better than most local accountants I have used, far more responsive, and more service for the money.

Used their service for the first time on the 2018 tax year. Was extremely happy. Whenever there was a question the accountant had for me (esp. since this was the first year), they took to the time to explain and offer suggestions. Price is affordable and the service is great enough that there is no reason not to just keep going with this service next year. I have such a history of past accountants making obvious mistakes and over-charging me for the time they spent giving blatantly wrong guidance that Halon is a breath of fresh air.

Halon was very professional and helped to solve the biggest issue I was having with attempting to file my business taxes on my own. We will continue to use their services in the future. The were prompt and speedy with getting back the forms we needed in time.
