I ordered my reformer from Halo on the 07/01/26, with no details of this being a preorder colour (mocha) I had hopes this would be delivered quickly as it was in stock and other reviews stating their order arrived quickly. The delivery company contacted me and had collected my order and I was scheduled to pick a date 2 weeks in advance (I’m not sure why this was, as they had already collected the reformer). The delivery was smooth but I feel you need to be cautious what you see on social media and on Halos website as it promises ‘white glove delivery’ to a room of your choice no further than 3 flights of stairs. This was simply not the case, the delivery men were great but refused to take my item up one flight of stairs as it was too dangerous due to the weight of the item leaving me and my partner to do so. Overall I am pleased with my reformer, however I do feel the delivery service was not as promised and this negatively impacted on my experience.

Wow! The Halo Reformer foldable bed is absolutely amazing! It’s sturdy, comfortable, and incredibly well-designed. I love how easy it is to fold away and store without taking up much space. The quality exceeded my expectations and it feels very durable while still being practical and stylish. A fantastic solution if you want comfort without sacrificing space. I’m so happy with this purchase! It means I can practice my Pilates workouts from the comfort of my own home with no problems !

I absolutely love my Halo folding reformer, the quality is so luxurious, even down the quality of the loops. The extra cushioning on the carriage and platform makes a huge difference with planks and lunges.
It fits perfectly into my house and being able to fold it away when I have finished, is just perfect.
Being a reformer Pilates’s instructor, I have tried several reformer beds and this is definitely my favourite one.

Was concerned because of how many ‘scam’ websites there seem to be selling reformers for much cheaper than they should be for the advertised quality and taking months to arrive. Came across halo after doing lots of research wanting to buy one to use at home. The customer service via instagram message were really helpful and I ordered the black (not on pre order) and it was delivered 12 days after ordering! The delivery company kept in contact the whole time. The machine is really well built and very easy to set up. Would highly recommend

I’ve been trying the Halo Reformer out for just over a month now & I’m loving it!
Delivery was super easy & left in a room of my choice to make assembly easier for me. Putting the bed together was also super easy to follow.
The reformer is great quality as a reformer teacher, it’s just as good if not better than studio reformers! I really appreciate the platform extender that is soft for the hands as well.

Love My Halo Reformer!
I’ve had my Halo Reformer Pilates bed for a few weeks now and I honestly love it. The quality is amazing, and it looks really sleek in my home. It’s been a game changer for my workouts.
The delivery was well organised and the bed itself was easy to put together, and when I had a quick question, customer service were very responsive and helpful.
If you're thinking about getting one, do it. It’s an investment, but 100% worth it.

Absolutely delighted with my Halo Reformer and the whole experience from start to finish. Amy and the team provided brilliant customer service — really friendly, quick to respond, and helpful throughout. They made everything feel very personal and professional.
Delivery was spot on — and the reformer was extremely well packaged. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
The machine itself is fantastic — the build quality is excellent, very sturdy and smooth in use. It genuinely feels as good as the professional machines I’ve used in studios. You can tell it’s been designed and built with real care and attention to detail.
Overall, I’m so happy with both the product and the service from Halo. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
