We use Elina Pilates equipment in our studio and we are very happy with the quality. The reformers are smooth, stable, and very comfortable for our clients. Their support team works very well — the equipment arrived to our island quite fast, which we really appreciated. One of the push-through bars on a tower arrived slightly damaged, but the replacement was sent immediately without any issues. Overall, a very professional service and reliable equipment.

The best investment I have done for myself in years. Beautifully designed vertical home pilates reformer now standing in my living room and daily reminding to get on it. 20-50 min per day working out watching a podcast or TV is so much better than scrolling on a sofa😄.

My first experience with this company was back in 2022, I ordered their at home reformer/tower combo from a third party retailer and it was a beautiful and well made apparatus. I had no hesitation ordering my lignum reformers from them when I opened my studio, but unfortunately these machines were not nearly the same quality. Overall flimsy construction, and problems such as noisy springs and ropes constantly getting caught on the tracks. Eventually, multiple of the tabs on the Footbar adjusters were bent, and I reached out to order replacements. After lots of back and forth, I was able to place my order and I wired the funds. This was over the course of May-July. When I received my package, I discovered they had sent me the wrong part. When I emailed them (it took multiple emails over several weeks before they responded) they told me that the part was correct. After more back and forth, they finally conceded that they send the wrong parts and would be shipping the correct ones. I reached out again in August for an update, and they only said that they were having a delay. I have reached out multiple times since then and not received a response. Their customer service phone number rings and disconnects. I paid in full for these parts months ago, and since I wired the funds I can’t even dispute the charge. I am out hundreds of dollars and stuck with broken equipment. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never trust this company again.

The ordering, payment, customer support and transportation of machines was so easy. The machines are top quality. The support team are very prompt with queries/questions. I would recommend Elina Pilates 100%

Incredible beds & good value for money! So pleased that we are the first in London to have their Master Instructor reformer beds. Very wide compared to the other reformer bed brands. Quality is top notch. All of our instructors & clients love the quality & aesthetics of our beds. Only thing I’d love to have improved is the sliding of the foot bar - it’s not as easy where everyone can easily get it. It takes a couple of practices to get it. Other than that, I would happily have these beds again on our next branch!

We have had the Elina Pilates equipment in our studio for nearly 2 years now! They are a lovely size and comfortable/stable to get on and off the machines. I purchased the Pilates Reformer Domo with Box from Elina Pilates in May 2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Despite full prepayment, the delivery was delayed by 1.5 months. During shipping, I received feedback from the freight company that the product was poorly packaged and thus damaged. This made me nervous, so I contacted customer support. However, the support was not helpful – fortunately, it turned out later that the box was intact, and I could not find any damage to the product.

Product defect: After only 5 uses, a significant issue occurred: the carriage squeaked with every movement in an extremely annoying tone, making it impossible to train. After all, the device is supposed to help with both physical exertion and mental relaxation.

Then the drama began: Customer support was completely unhelpful and repeatedly suggested I repair the product myself – which is completely unacceptable for a brand-new item. Instead of providing a real solution, I received, for example, a screenshot of my own video (which I submitted as "proof" of the squeaking) that circled the problem area – exactly the spot I had already identified as the source of the issue (top right roller) and described in my email. In three additional attempts to contact support, I was repeatedly advised to "bend the rollers" or "bend the compartment." After just 5 uses of the product, I am being told to bend parts? This was unacceptable, and I insisted on receiving new rollers or an exchange for a fully functional device. Unfortunately, these messages went unanswered for weeks, leading me to write this review.

Overall, I deeply regret my purchase from Elina Pilates. The poor customer service and defective product have made this one of the worst online purchases I have ever had. And as a woman in my mid-20s, I've had many online shopping experiences.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company unless you're prepared to deal with long wait times, damaged products, and unsatisfactory support.

Ich habe den Pilates Reformer Domo mit Box bei Elina Pilates im Mai 2025 gekauft und meine Erfahrung war äußerst enttäuschend.

Trotz vollständiger Vorauszahlung erfolgte die Lieferung mit einer Verspätung von 1,5 Monaten. Bereits beim Versand erhielt ich die Rückmeldung von der Spedition, dass die Ware schlecht verpackt und somit beschädigt wurde. Dies verunsicherte mich, weswegen ich Kontakt zum Support aufnahm. Dieser war jedoch wenig hilfreich – glücklicherweise stellte sich später heraus, dass der Karton unversehrt war und ich keine Schäden am Gerät feststellen konnte.

Produktdefekt: Nach nur 5 Einsätzen trat jedoch ein erhebliches Problem auf: Der Wagen quietschte bei jeder Bewegung in einem extrem nervigen Ton, der ein Training unmöglich machte. Schließlich soll das Gerät ja auch für mentale Entspannung sorgen, nicht nur für körperliche Anstrengung.

Dann begann das Drama: Der Support war absolut unhilfreich und empfahl mir wiederholt, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren – was für ein neuwertiges Produkt völlig inakzeptabel ist. Statt einer wirklichen Lösung bekam ich z. B. einen Screenshot meines eigenen Videos (das ich als "Beweis" für das Quietschen eingereicht hatte), der die Problemstelle einrahmte – genau die, die ich bereits als Fehlerquelle identifiziert hatte (Rolle oben rechts) und in meiner Mail auch darlegte. In weiteren drei Versuchen, mit dem Support in Kontakt zu treten, gab es immer wieder nur Hinweise, dass ich die Rollen „verbiegen“ oder das Fach „aufbiegen“ solle. Nach nur 5 Nutzungen eines Produkts wird mir also geraten, die Teile zu verbiegen? Das war nicht akzeptabel, und ich bestand auf der Zusendung neuer Rollen oder einem Umtausch des Geräts. Leider wurden diese Nachrichten über Wochen hinweg nicht bearbeitet, was mich nun zu dieser Bewertung veranlasst.

Insgesamt bereue ich den Kauf bei Elina Pilates sehr. Der schlechte Kundenservice und das defekte Produkt haben diese Erfahrung zu einer der schlechtesten Online-Käufe gemacht, die ich je hatte. Und als Mitte-20-Jährige habe ich schon viele Online-Käufe hinter mir.

Ich kann nur davon abraten, bei diesem Unternehmen zu kaufen, es sei denn, man ist bereit, mit langen Wartezeiten, beschädigten Produkten und unbefriedigendem Support zurechtzukommen.

Anyone that can try this reformer prior to purchasing, would choose something else. I don’t believe the positive reviews.

I have had my Elina reformer since COVID and I use it a couple times a week, but I would never buy it again.

The springs are not well attached under the carriage. So even if you load up your springs, the carriage still wiggles and moves under you. It feels sloppy and is loud. There are some things i just don’t do because you can’t get the carriage to be stationary.

The springs don’t sit tight under the carriage and are not securely fastened. You have to be very careful in how you change your springs or they detach from under the carriage.

In addition, the springs aren’t the right tension. They are too springy. I load up extra springs, but it is not the same.

It never feels like you get the settings right. I am 5’5” and I can’t ever seem to get the settings right to do things like arm circles without hitting the stopper. My knees are either too close or too far away. Really need my husband and kids to use the reformer, but the reformer doesn’t seem to accommodate people 5’9” and above. I have reached out to the company to help with knowing where to put the settings based on height. Their response was “Jennifer, I already told you several times (this was not true), that the stopper can be placed at everyplace according to the comfort of your customer, depending if he has any illness, depending in the exercise you want to practice… We sell the machines, but we are not pilates teachers.” That says a lot about the quality of their product……and they should know where to put the settings based on height.

Do you honestly believe someone is stocking their studio with these reformers or writing a 5 star review? That is laughable. There was no way to try the reformer before purchasing. I got suckered in by the price and the glowing reviews. I wish I would have bought a better reformer with fewer upgrades.

I ordered a reformer on May 15, 2025 and then had to transfer the full purchase amount first, only then did I receive an invoice in my customer account...that should have made me pay attention.
After many emails, I was offered a different model in June, which I declined. The process was then to be restarted, even though I had already paid and was on the waiting list. Then I heard nothing more...mails were no longer answered....my account was frozen....
I will send another mail as a request.

After this entry, the export manager contacted me immediately and explained the delay. The shipment was then ordered and the reformer was delivered within a week, as ordered.
The reformer itself is pre-assembled; only a few attachments need to be fitted; the appropriate tools are supplied.
The workmanship, accessories and function are very good...you can start exercising.
All in all, a clear recommendation can be given here.

I’ve been using Elina Pilates equipment in my studio for over three years now, and I couldn’t be happier. All the machines — from the Reformers to the Chairs and Cadillac — are still in perfect condition. Nothing has broken, the upholstery and straps look like new, and everything feels just as smooth and sturdy as on day one.

The build quality is truly impressive, both in terms of function and aesthetics. My clients always compliment the look and feel of the studio, and that’s in large part thanks to the elegant, professional design of the equipment.

If you’re looking for reliable, beautifully crafted Pilates apparatus, I highly recommend Elina Pilates. Beautiful and well-maintained everything, even after constant daily use.

I was sceptic at first because of the price. I was used to BB and Align reformers which are high class priced. In the end I decided to go for Elina because their designs are so much prettier and they have more colour options and the same equipment as other expensive brands. And I‘m amazed, my reformer and tower are working amazing and when I go to my studio which has BB I miss my Elina reformer because it works so much smoother and better!
Delivery time is longer but understandable since they‘re a smaller company and built it custom for your needs.
Customer service could definitely improve but hey, that‘s spanish culture haha, and I always got the help I needed!
Definitely will always go again for Elina- affordable and amazingly produced reformers/products!

I purchased a reformer on February 19, which was backordered for 2.5 months at the time. On April 14, I emailed for an update to make sure they are on track for the shipment around end of April and I got no reply despite the many attempts to get an update on my order for AN ENTIRE MONTH. From April 14 to May 12, no one would reply to my dozens of emails and calls, besides on instagram where they claimed each time that they will notify their customer service team, which did absolutely nothing. Only after dozens of attempts to contact Elina, filing a dispute with my bank and leaving a negative trust pilot review (which I told them I would be doing because at this point, I felt I was being scammed since they collected my payment on February 20), they emailed me the day after it was published, that my order was ready to ship - despite the entire month of radio silence. What a coincidence..

I was refunded at the end of the day after a month of no replies and for that alone, I would recommend to purchase elsewhere where the company won't ghost you once they've taken your payment. Curious if I ever would've received a refund if I didn't go to the hassle of all of this.

Bourght a DOMO home reformer. There was an item not in stock and they contacted me regarding shipping; if I wanted all item delivered together or just the back ordered item delivered in a second delivery. I chose 2 deliveries free off charge, and both came with no remarks. Customer service kept me informed all the way and the reformer runs very smooth. I can highly recommend Elina Pilates.

Elina Pilates have one of the best price-quality ratio of pilates machines on the market. I have been buying machines from them for 8 years, and they have been growing and always wanting to improve their products and customer support. Congratulations on your work and may you continue to improve and provide this support.

I have been using their towers for over 5 y and I love them! They are strong and well made and sleek and look great! We have just ordered reformers and Cadillac the order was delivered quite fast customer service was responsive. Time will tell of the quality of their reformers as I have always used BB before!

I had high expectations for Elina Pilates, especially after the consulting phase, where they promised a 10-14 day delivery time. Unfortunately, I’ve been waiting for almost three months without any proactive updates. I reached out multiple times via WhatsApp, but received no response. When I did get a reply, I was given an incorrect shipping date, only to hear nothing again after that. After weeks I got the information that the order will be shipped Mid of February but again no information about my order status. This lack of communication and professionalism has been very disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Elina Pilates based on my experience.
