Great product and good customer service

Fantastic service and beautiful product!

I cannot stop singing praises for this company. We got (free!) international delivery within 24 hours. And the Bassinest is just gorgeous. It adjusts to any height, swivels 360 degrees, and moves away and towards the bed easily. It is made from really good quality material, and looks extremely comfortable. I cannot wait for baby girl to arrive to use it as her first bed! :)

Great company, ordered the cot when it was on offer, fab price and 2 sheets for the cot.

The product arrived with rusted legs and the packaging was ripped inside. Can't get through to the customer service number and I've had no reply to the email I sent with photos. I didn't receive any automatic confirmation the email has been received either. I emailed both customer service email addresses on the website.

I love this product. We’re hoping to transition to sleep sacks in the future and stared off with blanket swaddling. She always broke free and kicked herself out which woke her. Since using the halo swaddle sack she’s been so much settled.

Excellent, our baby wouldn’t sleep in two other cots we bought, this one he slept brilliantly, I just wish I had from birth as would have really helped with c section recovery, will be recommending to all c section friends going forward.

Couldn't be happier with the bedside crib. My wife had a c-section, so had limited mobility for 6 weeks following the birth. Having a co-sleeper such as this by the bed is perfect for keeping an eye on the little one, and also for nursing/breast feeding - as you don't have to get out of bed! The functions/features it comes with are also highly impressive - and it was very easy to assemble. Would highly recommend!

Since I don’t live in the UK I was afraid there would be some kind of delay but everything went smoothly, which proved the company’s professionalism.

Waited over 2months for mattress to come back into stock ordered and was sent a used returned one.... I contacted company they were very apologetic sent out another from London office as they had again ran out of stock already and this one was a ex display model again used. Nobody answers the phone ( so far tried over 40x today also emailed) I am now stuck a few days before birth of baby with no bed for him to sleep in not knowing what to do
