At Halpenny Golf all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. You will receive a notification e-mail from GLS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

The shipment from Ireland to Madeira (a Island in Portugal) took less than 8 business days
they are A++++ as a Seller on a online direct to consumer shop.
And for all that ease of mind, they are my only golf shop for this moment forward.

Halpenny customer service is fine and…
Halpenny customer service is fine and order processing quick and efficient. However, they are intent on using GLS delivery service, even though they must have seen the negative reviews. They state 5-7 business days delivery service to Spain - well, I don't think so! It took a week to get to the GLS 'hub' in Germany and now we won't receive our order until at least two weeks after ordering and that's if GLS actually pull their finger out! I have my doubts - and have history with this courier service! Such a shame as we won't be ordering from Halpenny again, solely due to them using GLS.
