Buying and Selling in Spain with Hamilton Homes
We bought our dream Spanish seaside property through Hamilton Homes and enjoyed 7 years of holidays in the sun. La Noria is a gated community in the heart of Sabinillas (small developed fishing village near Estepona) and was an ideal location for our young family.
During the process they offered a professional friendly service and we really felt they went above and beyond to ensure our customer experience was of the highest quality often answering questions during and after the completion.
At the time of buying we were based overseas and yet the communication, information and service provided didn’t present any obstacles.
When the time came to sell we had no hesitation to contact Andrew following our previous experience and the trust we had in him and his company. In a difficult market he obtained 3 offers, 2 above our asking price and we accepted and completed within 3 months.
We cannot recommend Hamilton Homes highly enough!
