I have used Ryan & his team for over three years. The standard of communication, cars & most importantly, the drivers are second none. It is so reassuring to know that at the end of a long flight you have the confidence to know that despite any delays or things outside their control, you will be met, and everything is taken care of. A real professional team from start to finish.

Friendly staff, nice cars and excellent service

Excellent service from start to finish. Driver arrived on time and helped with loading/unloading luggage at both ends of a return journey booking. Clean, comfortable car with smooth carefull driver. Would definitely recommend this service and will use again.

Excellent service from Ryan and Kevin at HEC for our trip from the New Forest to Gatwick on NYE and return 2 weeks later. Great communication throughout so we never needed to ask any questions, Kevin arrived on time in a lovely E-class Mercedes and it was a pleasant journey. On our return Kevin was waiting at the airport to bring us home and again a nice smooth journey - Thank you!!

Yesterday we celebrated our daughter's wedding at Westgate Hall in Southampton. Not only did we have the perfect venue & weather, we also had the perfect chauffeur Ryan. At all times we were kept informed of his en route journey to us, arriving on time as he said he would. The car was spotlessly clean ,decorated with wedding ribbons and chilled water was available for our journey.
Our journey was very relaxed and because we were a little ahead of time he even altered his route to make sure that our daughter met her planned arrival time at the venue.
From my first enquiry, to fulfilment of the booking, every stage was dealt with professionally and I would recommend Ryan and his company to any couple planning a wedding.

This was our first time using HEC and it won’t be our last! We’d booked airport transfers for 6 people with 2 pick up locations. Right from the beginning with the quote request and confirmation of booking right up to the text updates and travel, was spot on. Ryan was really quick responding via email to any queries and I had total confidence in the offering. The text updates were great and the vehicle used was spotless, comfortable and really appreciated the extras such as booster seats for the children and complimentary water. Pick up from the airport with Dale was also perfect. Would thoroughly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you!

We have used Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs for a couple of trips now, one was transfers to and from the airport for holiday and another a days hire for our family in London. Both times Ryan has been excellent to deal with in person and over email. He responds to queries on emails promptly and arrives on time for our trips, even sending a text update to let us know when he is on route to us, which is great. He was so helpful with our family trip recently, we had my elderly Nan with us who was using a wheelchair and he helped with getting this in and out of the vehicle.
We really wouldn’t use anyone else for our trips. We would recommend his services to our family and friends without any hesitation. Prices are competitive to others in the industry and the service and the vehicle he provides makes it worth every penny. Thank you Ryan, and we look forward to future trips with you!

Ryan was our chauffeur for our wedding and we couldn't have been more impressed. The car itself was immaculate and so clean, we had it decorated with ivory ribbons and a flower display on the parcel shelf. It was a hot day so both myself and new husband had chilled bottles of water in the car, courtesy of Ryan. Ryan was so friendly and accommodated our needs perfectly and we would highly recommend him for couples looking for wedding transport.
