I have been looking to buy a portable power supply for many months. I found the website of Hampshire Generators and I was very impressed by the site and the abundance of information.

Today, I went to visit their site in Hampshire and was equally impressed. A friendly welcome, followed by excellent and impartial advice. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained in a clear and straightforward way. Any questions I had about the world of batteries, were answered and I learnt a lot from the very knowledge Andy.

If you are looking to buy any kind of power source, petrol, or electric, I would suggest you pay Hampshire Generators a visit.

I’ve bought quite a few items from these guys over the years and I cannot fault the sales or my after sales experiences. The pre sales support is excellent and this company is not just another box shifter they are quite the opposite, these guys are experts in their field and truly want you to go away happy and armed with the right solution for your application. Having now had to return an EcoFlow battery under warranty I can quite honestly say the service I received from Lucy in returns was excellent and so was the service I received direct from Ecoflows tec support. I can highly recommend Hampshire Generators and their range of EcoFlow products. Well done.

Not only do these guys have the best deals around but there customer service is 2nd to none and they went above and beyond to make sure they mat my needs in every way. I will definitely be using them again. A special shout out to Holly for helping me out

We purchased a power station from the above. It developed a fault under warranty and had to be returned back to Hampshire Generators.
The process went very well from start to finish. Our after sales contact was Lucy and she has been great. She did everything she said she would and responded promptly to any emails I sent. When I bought the device Hampshire accommodated my requested delayed delivery date without question and it arrived exactly on time.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Very unhappy customer here. I ordered about £3000 worth of equipment (in 5 boxes) over 3 weeks ago and i'm still waiting for the last of it to be delivered. I'd been making almost daily phone calls to the office to try and find out when my boxes were arriving. I was promised a callback day after day and didn't received one. A couple of times i was told that they don't know when the delivery is coming, only for a box to show up out of the blue! When i was eventually given a call back, days later, i was told that one of the boxes was incorrectly labelled and that the delivery company wouldn't deliver it! I was then offered the opportunity to make the 2 hour round trip to go and collect it myself!! I politely declined. They tried to pass the blame repeatedly onto the delivery company TNT. After 3 weeks of delays, unnecessary hassle and failed promises, i told HG how unhappy i am with their service and that i can still not use their system properly due to one of the boxes still not being delivered. I told them that i would be leaving bad reviews unless they can adequately compensate me. I said i felt a 10% discount was fair. They first said they would give me a £25 voucher, and then they offered £50, which i accepted. I feel this was very stingy considering the cost of the goods. I will not be using this company again, which is a shame because i think their products (albeit not their own) are likely mostly good.

You can always judge the quality of a company by the courrier they use. Hampshire generators use FedEx so what more is there to say.

I ordered an item that was out of stock, so I expected a bit of a wait. There was a further delay; however, I was kept informed and updated, which I really appreciated. Once dispatched, the item arrived quickly. Their customer service was excellent—friendly and always quick to respond. I'm delighted with my purchase, and it was much cheaper than anywhere else. Would happily recommend!

Accidentally ordered the wrong product for my campervan conversion and contacted Hampshire generators via email informing them what I had done. Holly from their team responded within 30 minutes and quickly dealt with my mistake by cancelling my order.
I have now ordered the correct item and the team have been open and honest about the delivery dates. This is a breath of fresh air and I would recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Hampshire Generators when I purchased a few products from them two years ago. Recently, one of the products failed, and they promptly handled the issue by working directly with the manufacturer. They ensured I received a replacement quickly, with minimal hassle. Their after-sales service was highly professional, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Absolutely shocking service! We ordered a generator for our food van and it was in service for less than 2 months when we started having issues. Upon speaking with the technician on the phone they had recently had a few of the same generators stop working due to inverter issues. They finally agreed to take the generator back back in October. I have chased and chased will little to no response. This put me out of business for 2 months before I eventually saved up enough to buy another generator. I nearly lost my whole business because of the pure incompetence of this company. I have now demanded a full refund for the generator as it is no longer needed and I am being completely ignored. So now they have the generator and nearly £1000 of my money. I will be processing county court proceedings very shortly.

If you a small business or a start up business avoid this place like the plague.

I was interested in a generator but because I live in Guernsey I called first first to find out if they could shipped it.
And they say yes . After just 3 days I received the item . Incredible.

Simply the best! Fantastic price for a stunning piece of kit. Great communication and good as, delivery. Drama free and a transaction I'd happily repeat. If you're looking for a great website, with insanely competitive prices for big brand products, this is the one for you... Noone, including the manufacturer was anywhere near them on price, or availablity.

Placed an order for Excel Power XLD9500Q 6.5KW Diesel Generator from Hampshire Gererators on 2nd January 2025 - it was delivered on 6th January 2025 - and that includes a week-end !!!!
After placing the order I was contacted by Holly Daruvala giving me delivery details - estimated on Tuesday 7th January by Palletways - Holly continued to update me and the delivery was made in the confirmed time slot on Monday 6th - the Palletways arrangement is for kerbside delivery - but the driver who was single-handed asked where I need to get the heavy machine to - I jokingly told him that I had to get it to a shed 100ft away up a garden path - no problem - maybe because I'm 83yrs of age and did not look as if I was up to it - he even put it into the shed.
I sent an e-mail to Holly telling her how well the delivery had gone and included a minor operational query - this morning I even received the answer to the query from a member of the Service team !
To sum up the service from Hampshire Generators and Palletways has been first class.
Regarding the Excel Power XLD9500Q 6.5KW Diesel Generator I have not yet commissioned it and it would be too early to review.

I would have left a 5 star review but unfortunately the original unit arrived but was faulty. The order was processed and dispatched same day and arrived a day later via TNT, the driver was great. After speaking to the Aftersales team and some troubleshooting they arranged to collect the unit next day but unfortunately they picked DPD to collect it. The collection driver arrived at 10:36am on time, spent 2 seconds parked outside then drove away without collecting the item.

The Aftersales Team spoke to DPD who arranged another collection the following day. This time the same driver as the previous day turned up and suffered my vented anger at his behaviour. I reported him to DPD for what good it will have done.

Anyway the Aftersales Team immediately shipped a replacement unit once the collection was confirmed that arrived the next day via the same great TNT driver.

You will not get better service than that I have experienced with Hampshire Generators. They are easily contactable by phone and email and are quick to respond. This wasn't my first order with them and I will certainly be ordering again. Thank you very much Hampshire Generators.

Bought a EcoFlow Delta Pro 3 via eBay from Hampshire Generators. The unit had a fault and they sent me a replacement within a day. Communication was great and despite the unit having a fault the overall experience was good.

Great customer service, from a knowledgeable team. Not just a box shifter, they have a repair and service department onsite, which is one of the reasons I started to trade with this company. I am confident to put my power needs in their safe hands.

I have ordered a cable for solar panels from this company. Their partner for delivering their products is FedEx. I knew only for the first delivery and was at home; however, due to FedEx issues, they sent a message that they could not deliver that day but would attempt some other day. FedEx never bothered to send any other warning of plan delivery; instead, I kept receiving emails of failed deliveries. I have contacted the company Hampshire Generators from the start and told them that I got a message of failed delivery although I was at home and they adviced to include a message for FedEx of where to leave my package in case of not being at home, which I did, but the same pattern of emails regarding failed deliveries followed. I have sent an email to the company that this is not working and I want to cancel the purchase. I have received now an email from the company that they will charge for the failed deliveries of FedEx. Choose your partners wisely and be responsible.
