I had problems with my Ecoflow and HG went above and beyond normal aftercare service. Absolutely outstanding service and the respect shown to the customer is incomparable. One lady in particular, Lucy Miller, I would like to say a massive thank you, what a brilliant company.

Mercury Dilley and Lucy Miller provided excellent aftersales service. Their communications were always prompt, polite and efficient. Although they needed to repeatedly interact with the manufacturer of my product they did so in a truly professional manner. One of the saddest aspects of the British commercial story, in recent decades, is the failure of companies to grasp the importance of good quality administration and aftersales staff in ensuring the future of their business. Hampshire Generators have clearly got it right. Why would I shop elsewhere?

Great company to deal with. After I reported an issue with my generator they organised collection, fixed it, and shipped it back to me. No quibble, no fuss. Thanks guys.

I would advise anybody purchasing any product from this company not to. My solar panels arrived didn't unbox them till 4 days later cos I was so busy. When opened one of the solar panels were broke. Contacted the company and was told I couldn't return them because there policy was to check them within 48 hours. So now I am £300 out of pocket with a broken solar panel. If you do buy from this company read the small print

Bought a Solar Generator from them 3 years ago ( Bluetti).
It recently went faulty, but even though it was out of warranty, Hampshire Generators have been extremely helpful in putting me in contact with the Bluetti repair team and arranging repair directly. Constant emails with myself copied in to see progress.
Excellent customer service.. Definitely recommended.

We bought a 3kva petrol generator from this outfit. After owning it for 4 days and used for around 6 hours it stopped producing power. I e-mailed them, and spoke to someone, and got the reply that my complaint would be e-mailed to customer services. What a load of tosh, I haven't heard from them, and I think 7 hours after contact is to much wait. My next form of contact will be through the medium of mime. Meanwhile my generator does not work, maybe I'm unlucky, or likely has not, the generator is a pile of cr*p, which ties in rather nicely with their customer service.

I have now used Hampshire Generators (HG) on two occasions over the past two years, purchasing a significant amount of Jackery Power Banks for a youth organisation. On each occasion I have found the ordering process to be excellent and having used their website it is both easy to navigate and intuitive. Being based in Northern Ireland I have had to navigate post Brexit issues and HG were excellent in their support to me as I did so. Queries were dealt with promptly, patiently (given my lack of knowledge on what I was purchasing) and with a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to all and indeed, other companies could take lessons from the HG staff on customer care. Well done to all at HG and thank you.

Just had a long conversation with Andy-M via phone. Very helpful man, took time answering questions and advising me about my solar panels. Andy knew exactly what help I needed, was very polite and did not rush me.

I have moved this up a couple of stars... sadly they use Fed Ex, the worst courier in the world. however they did manage to get it to me just in time in the end after a bit of stress.

Have used them before and been ok. But after getting an offer for something come through on e mail. I made purchase and it said it would be delivered on Friday so went for it. Usual stuff delivery company said we were not in, and we have CCTV and the usual triggers so you can tell if some ones been here (lies) Trying to get up date.. waiting in hanging around no reply from any one fed ex or Hampshire generators. ... wasted a couple of days and still do not have what I wanted and I could have borrowed one still might have to... what a waste of time.

Very helpful support over the phone and then backed up with a prompt speedy repair service. Glad I originally purchased through Hampshire Generators as it’s only when equipment goes faulty that you find out how good the customer support is.
