Small mix-up to start with my order but was very quickly resolved, so overall very pleased with the service and help.
Bought a small 2.2kva generator
Bought a small 2.2kva generator, after a month we had a manufacturing issue with it. Contacted the company and it was sorted over a 3 day period. Sent the faulty one back and had a replacement sent out. Couldn’t fault the service. Thank you guys.

Anker power station warranty
Had an issue with our Anker power station which was luckily still under warranty. Although the process was somewhat lengthy, due to the requirement to liaise with Anker on the warranty side, Hampshire were always good at keeping in touch and assisting in getting a resolution.
Received excellent customer service…
Received excellent customer service from the aftercare team - namely Lucy, who ensured I got an issue fixed as soon as possible. Everything from the first point of contact when I first rang, the staff were polite and listened to the issue and promptly organised a solution. The collection of the generator and all communications through out until re delivery were quick and I wasn't left awaiting a reply. I always knew what was happening and if I did have any questions Lucy found out the answer for me.
Very unprofessional
I bought a generator on amazon from this company,wich cost me €1600. I had just stress with a worker named Paul. He called me next day after they got the money out of my account . He was not fully honest when I asked if I have to pay extra fees other than delivery what was showing on amazon, and he assured me that it won't happen. After 2 days I was called from Ireland Dublin that I have to pay almost €400 some fee if I want my generator. Thank God that Amazon got me full refund finaly. I had to wait 20 days for my money to be in my account after lots of calls to amazon and this company . Not recomand this company, not în a milion years. Very unprofessional

Trusty Honda EX650 generator service
My trusty Honda EX650 generator had been neglected for a number of years and would only run with the choke on.
I contacted Hampshire Generators who said they would look at it to see what the issue was. They cautioned me that as this generator had been discontinued by Honda if spare parts were needed that might be difficult.
I dropped the generator off and picked it up a week later in perfect working order. The carburettor needed a good clean and resetting.
Great service, great price and great people.

I had a problem with my year old Gene and took it back to HG's and unfortunately it was terminal, But i must say Lucy Miller and the team replaced the gene no fuss or arguments, great service highly recommended
