Hello, I am not sure what is happen with your machine exactly as I need more information for your cutter,
Here is a Quick Start Test Instructions:
1. Secure the blade firmly before turning on the machine. (Make sure the battery is at least 20% charged.)
2. Switch to Level 3 power mode and let the machine run for about 10 seconds to fully activate.
3. Test cut on materials like plastic, PLA, ABS, or PVC to check cutting performance.

Great Product
Great Product!
Ordering was simple and easy. The knife comes in a really nice box and case. It works much better than I thought it would. While it’s not appropriate for every cutting situation, it’s the right tool for the job more often than not. So I leave it sitting out on my desk next to my normal hobby knife.
I would also like to highlight that even though it looks a little big, it’s perfectly balanced and easy to hold. Totally worth the money.

Cuts better than I thought it would.
It was easy to order and delivered fairly quickly. The tool works great and is extremely quiet. Packaging for the blades needs to be improved as about 6 blades had the points chipped.

Excellent product and support
I bought a Hanboost C1 Ultrasonic Cutter (Creator package) and a sanding set. There were some minor issues with the delivered content, but the support fixed it within a fair timeframe.
The tools are great and do their job. So I'm a happy customer.

The ordered product arrived in a timely manner. The product (S2 Electric Cordless Rotary tool kit and the Diamond grinding bits) Works very well, has a good charge and can be used while recharging. The quick release chuck is excellent making changing implements quick and easy. I am less impressed with the diamond grinding bits although numerous they lack some key shapes.
Overall the Electric Cordless Rotary tool is excellent
