I didn’t received the correct item

I didn’t received the correct item, the package contained something different.
I have send an email with pictures with the question what to do with the wrong item and a request to send me the right item.
Hopefully this will be resolved.

I did not realise that your company is…

I did not realise that your company is in USA.as you know Europe in general and Greece in particular our subject to the new custom taxes.
Therefore it is prohibited for me to pay this kind of taxes

Excellent quality and exactly as described

The product arrived on the 8th of October and the only issue was on the delivery end. The package was placed in a non secure location and was only by chance that we discovered it prior to the forecasted rain.
The product is exactly as described and the quality is excellent. It is currently charging and I look forward to putting it to work soon.

Thrilled w my new S2 Rotary tool

Just received my new S2 Rotary tool and I am thrilled. Really robust and comes with so many accessories! I could follow up the whole trip of my precious until it reached my hands and my new tool has exceeded my expectations.

I received my Hanboost S2 2 days ago

I received my Hanboost S2 2 days ago, it worked fine while no bits were inserted and locked, upon putting in and trying several bits it did not work, but worked when no bits are inserted. I tried several bits to no avail and started to make a grinding noise internally. Considering I paid $132 AUS, I am disappointed as I never even got a chance to try it. I have contacted the supplier and left 4 messages but have not had any emails regarding my concerns about this Tool, it looks well made. I could in all conscience recommend the Hanboost Rotary Tool. Be aware of this tool, $132 for a tool that never worked and can’t get any feed back from the manufacturer

Great service

Slight glitch in order process resolved very quickly & satisfactorily by customer service manager.
Item received within 1 week of order with excellent tracking up-dates.
Quality of item also excellent.

Feedback

Feedback: No news of the package until I received an email from the post office telling me that the package would be delivered on July 15. Thanks to this email, I was able to get the tracking number that Hanboost never sent me. The package tracking indicated delivery on July 14, which is impossible since it is a public holiday in France. Hanboost refused to respond. We had to pass the buck several times before they decided to resend a package. product received a few weeks later barely unpacked product already dead with smell of burnt electronics and nothing that lights up just a brief smoke at the first start-up... new email sent to hanboost who tells me that there must have been a short circuit and that they are sending me a new product... after several days without news I send another email to ask for the tracking number of the new product and I receive as a response that in fact the product received was the replacement which is absolutely not logical, I am told that it would be too expensive to send me a product so they will reimburse me... I received the reimbursement but with the dollar evaluation I lose 30€ for in the end a lost product, a product broken upon receipt and 3 months late on the project... frankly it is a huge joke and this will be my last support project! and finally for those who received their product and who ask the question contrary to the description the blades provided are not at all sharp and this has been confirmed by several people who received the product!
