Ordered bag liner and paid for next day service which arrived next working day - brilliant service and then liner fits the bill superbly

This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They replied promptly to emails and the handmade products were delivered within 2 weeks. I ordered two liners - one made to measure and one off the shelf - and they were so beautifully packed, I didn’t want to unpack them! Overall, a great British niche product with wonderful customer service.

I’ve purchased from a number of insert companies and these inserts by far fit the worst. Really unimpressed. I actually had to go back and check I had ordered for the rights bags (I had). And they took forever to arrive and were not cheap.

I found this company after doing some research for an organiser and protector for my brand new Demillier New York handbag. I am so pleased I did! I now know why they are called Handbag Angels.

Handbag Angels have crafted this to fit the design and shape of the bag to perfection. The quality of the felt is thick and very sturdy and I love how there are several compartments. I also opted for the additional base and key tag. The base is great for carrying extra weight but I personally think the hardware for the key tag could be improved as I found it to be a little flimsy. This however does not mean I won’t buy from Handbag Angels again.

Overall, the quality and service is sensational!

For those that are unsure or tossing up between this organiser and others on the market! STOP! You won’t get any better than this. It is a lot more pricier but if you are spending $$$ on a bag then it doesn’t seem that bad.

Amazing! I bought a mulberry messenger and ordered the wrong size, the angels at handbag angels produced a beautiful custom made liner in next to no time.

I normally have no problems with my liners from here, but my last one just doesn’t fit like it should, it puckers up and doesn’t sit neat.

I would have liked to see photos of the key chain add on I purchased with my bag liner. How long is it? Does it fit into a pocket or is it loose in the bottom of the bag?

I have used this Company since falling in love with designer handbags. They provide beautiful liners for any bag to protect the inside of the bag. If they don’t have one in their catalog, you can send your bag in and it’s back in a couple of days with a bespoke liner.
Beautifully made, lovely material and with useful pockets .
They are so well made they compliment the bags which is important when it’s an expensive bag.
Whole ordering experience is slick. Price is good. Turnaround is really quick and perfectly packaged.

I was really impressed by this company. I bought a very small Mulberry bag and wanted a liner for it. After searching around I discovered Handbag Angels and they looked to have a liner for the bag I have. I was slightly confused by the measurements on their website, so I contacted them. They could not have been more prompt and helpful, sharing more detailed measurements and also pictures of an example they had.

I went ahead with the purchase, and my liner arrived nicely wrapped. I had been really impressed with the colour selection and was so happy with my chosen oxblood colour. The colour matches the inside of the bag perfectly and it is so beautifully made. The measurements are perfect.

I have to say for my tiny bag even though the felt is thin it does take up a lot of space. If I only want to go out with maybe a lipstick and some keys then it would be okay but there would be no way I would be able to fit my phone into the bag although without the felt lining I would be able to do this. However I don't regret my purchase at all because I will use it when I can and I can also use it when I am storing it to help ensure that it maintains its structure.

My only one piece of constructive feedback would be that the website would benefit from having more accurate measurements of the liners themselves for each bag option. Maybe I was just misunderstanding something, but on the page I used it seemed to be the measurements for the bag itself rather than the internal dimensions and that was the thing that was confusing as it made it sound like the liner would be much too big.

I'm really very happy with this company, and if I ever bought a larger bag I know where I would go! Thank you so much.
