Process is easy, just provide required health information, fill out DMV information, wait for approval, and that is all to it. Communication is fast and easy. The people are nice and easy to talk.

Fantastic. Had interview by Dr on a Thursday afternoon and had my handicap tag on the following Monday. Very nice process and much easier than dealing with my primary care who constantly lost my paperwork. Well worth the cost.
