I ordered x16 aluminium long handle cupboard pulls in two different sizes in Satin Gold from Handle Shop Couture and paid $870 Australian dollars for them. What arrived was not what I ordered, the longer pulls are a distinctly darker, orange toned metal and the smaller pulls a bright gold colour. They were meant to be the same colour.

I contacted customer service straight away and sent photos of my delivery. Initially I was told it was what I ordered and there was nothing they could do. After my second response I received an email from Brian who apologised and said he would look into it.
That was over four weeks ago now.
I have followed up each week and each time I have had Brian politely respond and say they are still looking into it. This week there has been no response from him at all.
I don’t believe Brian is looking into it or I will get my money back.

I wish I had looked up Handle Shop Couture on Trust pilot before I had made my purchase, it certainly would have alerted me not to buy anything from them based on other people’s similar experiences to mine.

My package arrived directly from a factory in China with no receipt or mention that I had made the purchase through Handle Shop Couture. I believe they are a drop shipping company with a really good website and no quality control present in China.

Ordered a black door handle in February. Received a gold handle and asked to exchange for what I ordered. Its September - seven months later - and customer service is still "thanking me for my patience while they work to resolve." Its unacceptable, they don't seem to care, and I've had no luck escalating or talking to anyone other than the sole customer service rep that seems to work for the company.

Five star customer service! I had placed an order and then changed my mind to another design and everyone involved from Handle Shop Couture helped to make that change possible. Couldn't rave more about how helpful they were!

We paid for $92 extra for expedited shipping, we ordered handles, then had an impossible time getting an update on the shipping/delivery, cancelling the order and ultimately getting a refund. We feel scammed and are now going to file a complaint and a civil suit

After almost giving up on my shipment ever arriving, multiple emails, replies to be patient, the company really pulled through. The first shipment came from a strange Chinese freight forwarder. The replacement came from FEDEX.
I am glad I persevered, because the items are beautiful, high quality, and expertly packaged. I'm glad they redeemed themselves because after looking around, I couldn't find anything as beautiful as I found through their website.

The Handle Shop Couture has made our purchases worthwhile by providing good value and thorough communication through to the end.
The Handle Shop Couture can be trusted to provide, in our case bathroom fittings, fixtures of a high standard and I have no reservations recommending them to anyone looking for the same or more. We chose polished gold finishes for our Tapware and other fixtures that are otherwise hard to find.

Ordered a couple of samples. There site went over the 5-8 days stated. When i followed up they said they were processing my order. Another week later they cancelled my order and refunded me the money with no explanation. Don't waste your time. Buy local

Took a solid 2-2.5 weeks to arrive after ordering. For something coming from China, I can’t fault the slow shipping. Product was exactly as ordered.

They don’t follow through on any of their promises. Everything is a lie to delay, from shipping time to actually receiving the product you ordered in the size you ordered. Received incorrect product and Promise of full refund was made and never received. Had to initiate a chargeback from my credit card company. So glad I did.

I ordered a faucet from Handleshop Couture for £216.90. When it arrived, the package had AliExpress branding, and there was no invoice, logo, or any other material indicating it came from Handleshop Couture. I later found what appears to be the exact same product, with identical photographs, on AliExpress for £83.06.

I contacted the company, and they explained that they ship via Cainiao, Alibaba Group’s logistics network, and that the AliExpress branding can appear on packages due to shared infrastructure, even if the product is not purchased through AliExpress retail. They declined to provide documentation, citing confidentiality, but offered a written confirmation that my order was not purchased through AliExpress.

While I have no way to verify this explanation, I am updating my review to reflect their statement. My experience left me confused and uncertain, and I believe clearer communication about product sourcing and branding would help set customer expectations.

I placed an order for custom handles. Days later, I realized the handles would not work for the intended purpose. Chris and Brian could not have been nicer and cheerfully canceled the order and issued a full refund upon my request. 5 STARS!!!

Product (Rohe handles) is good, I like that they had it in a longer version which is hard to find however duration of shipping is shocking. I placed an order and it arrived after nearly 2 months. Now, I need some more handles, placed order on 8 July and it is now 1 August and still haven't received it. So if you're in a rush, do not order from here. This product is good however.

The handles look nice. I’m happy with them. I couldn’t find them once they said they were delivered. I emailed them and they responded immediately. I did find them after all the next day. They were delivered as they said.

Nothing but lies from this business..... Never received my item, have been fed lies, paid nearly $900 dollars and original order was placed 6months ago. Buyer be aware, they keep saying they are looking into it but nothing happens. Do not order anything from these guys

If you try and ask questions about light switches you quickly understand they have no clue, and can't help you with any information, as this is simply a disorganized drop ship company. Considering you can't return them, and they are very expensive, this is not a good look.

Placed order of a few handles to determine which I liked and place a BIG order. After 2.5 weeks with no shipping confirmation, reached out online. After multiple attempts, finally received a message the order would ship soon. That was over a month again and still in a shipping status, and somewhere in Shanghai. Can review the product if I don't have anything, but buyers beware. Would not trust this company

Not very happy about the service, Paid €160,-. Didn’t even receive an order confirmation or shipping details or updates. Never received my products. After almost 6 weeks i decided to cancel and luckily they refunded the money. Their explanation was, your order was in backorder but they could’ve told me this earlier than after 6 weeks but ok.

12th july after 6months they have now cancelled order with no refund

Very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered handles and paid express shipping, it's been a month and I haven't received my order or a tracking number or updates regarding my order. I requested a refund.
