Hands on care , disgusting, you didn’t show multiple times , late , then when someone’s left a bad review you called the customer, a vulnerable person and berated her for a bad review , it wasn’t even her who did the review , now refusing care ,you have a duty of care I have to remind you

You gained more services( clients). 👏🏽 Welldone. My concern is the new recruits from covids years are not fully trained. I have worked with colleagues from handson where I had to rescue the image of the Company because the agency staff did not know how to fill a report, how to use some equipments or cook a basic meal like a sandwich. People will open their laptops for zoom training and disappear but and will still get their certificates.

It's quite impressive, just that the onboarding is somehow slow
