We received a parking fine as the company illegally parked our car in a hotel car park whilst we were on holiday. The company made many promises to reimburse the £60 fine we paid. 6 months later and no payment has been made. I would not advise ever using their service. I am looking to pursue avenues to bring them into disrepute and legal action.

NEVER use this company....NEVER!!!

I agree with the majority of poor reviews. We advised the company more than an hour away that we would be arriving 30 minutes earlier than planned. That was okay they said, you might have to wait a few minutes, but we'll get you okay. I lost count how many times we called to see where our 'meet & greet' driver was only to be told that he 'was on his way' and that traffic was very busy on the roads! He turned up 70 minutes later and we had to pay extra to get the car out the car park. On our return we advised when we had our luggage and still had to wait over an hour for our car to be delivered! On one chat I was told "...if you pick a cheap service, what do you expect!!" On inspection I noticed that a very special keyfob was not with my key but by the time I had a walk around the car, the driver had disappeared! When I called the company I was told to send in a claim with details and photos. Despite repeated requests for a response, none have arrived. My front offside alloy wheel was also damaged, and the car had covered 72 miles while it was in their possession! Never, have I had such a poor experience of airport parking!

Do NOT use this company

Appalling, collected my car to find the interior filthy… empty crisp packets in door, crisps on seats and floor, smelt of cigarettes to find butts on the floor. Empty drink cartons, food takeaway contents under seat together with car parking tickets proving my car was used whilst I was away. And… little petrol when it was left more than half full. No answer to any emails… will be taking legal advice.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with....aside from the fact they made us wait over 2 hours to collect our car on arrival from out holiday which was our fault apparently as the delay on our flight was our fault and we should have informed them mid flight!! To make matters worse, when we got back to the airport, we tried to contact them to arrange pick up of our car and couldn't get a response from the 24/7 phone number they provided us..... we then found out when we dropped our car off and it was moved to an external parking area, our car was driven at over 120mph whilst being moved.....unbelievable but true and we have proof but after raising this with Dwayne, he decided to ignore our request for more details regarding this illegal activity...clearly they are concerned with their customers vehicles and the welfare of their staff!!!???

Gatwick Airport South. It took a long time for my car to be returned. Having previously noted my mileage on my mobile phone I found it had done 97 miles in 8 days!! Car was stained with mud on outer sills and inner wheel arches were covered with mud. Mud and boot marks in driver's foot well as well as front and rear passenger foor wells. Front passenger seat had been re set (it has only been used by my wife) - so my car had been used by a driver and 2 passengers (all with muddy boots). There is a prima facie case for, at least, driving without insurance (one assumes such use was not in line with company policy) as well as theft i.e. taking without owner's consent (TWOC). All this was reported by email, with photos, to the Booking Agent and Sky Link. The Booking Agent i.e. not Sky Link Parking, have refunded my parking fees. I have resent this email 2 further times to Sky Link, but I have yet to hear from from them.
I have notified Sussex Police with a Crime Report (partly to advise them but also to remind them that, if my car has been done for speeding, parking offences or any criminal activity, I am not to blame as I was in Italy and they should contact Sky Link Parking.)
I would advise everyone else, with similar problems, to do the same and contact Sussex Police - that might result in the Police taking some action.

Appalled by this company!

Appalled by this company!
We booked meet & greet parking through Ezybook which was then picked up by Skylink.
On landing, I called them to say we had just picked up our luggage, they said they would be 20 minutes. No one showed up, called again, and every time it was 10 minutes, I must of called 15 times, and was lied to every time, one excuse was it's a new driver so he doesn't know what he is doing! They were unbelievably rude, kept putting the phone down on me not letting me speak. At one point he told me the car was driving into the car park now... it definitely was not!! 3 hours later, they call to say the car has been dropped to level 3 (T5 Short stay) and that they couldn't get up to level 4 - we went down to level 3 where the car was but there was no driver to be seen, so called again, and they said the keys are left on the wheel! Not one apology was received. So not only were we stood in the car park for 3 hours, they left our car unattended with the keys left on the wheel for anyone to take!!! I have tried to raise complaints through both companys, Ezybook says it all has to be through Skylink, Skylink have stopped replying to me after the first email!! The phone line rings and then cuts off, so there is no chance of speaking with them!
Do not use!!!

Stay away from these crooks! Absolutely shocking experience - car dirty not only outside but inside too. It looks like it was left at some construction site. No one bothers if they getting in with dirty boots! Left it at car park with three bars of fuel in the tank received it back with one!!! Pretty much you giving them to someone who does not car a bit about you and your car and probably cruising around while you are away.

They come up on compare sites under multiple names, parking deals, parking for you, Ezymeet etc, but are all under Skylink parking. When I got to the car park, after phoning to say I'd landed at Gatwick, there were about 20 people already waiting for their cars to be brought back, some had been waiting for 4 hours! Some people had been sworn at, had the phone put down on them, and even had their number blocked. At one point I got given my car's and told my car was in the car park, but it wasn't. I managed to grab the same guy when he dropped off another car, and he took my keys and eventually brought my car back. I was waiting 2.5 hours in total, finally arrived home at 3am, after landing at 10.45pm the night before!

Skylink Parking Services Ltd - How to object to Application to strike off company from Register

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

See previous review as below. I have managed to lodge an objection to the company voluntary strike off (liquidation), but ONLY delayed by Companies House for 14 days. If you check on Companies House you will see this update of 7 October:

07 Oct 2022 Voluntary strike-off action has been suspended
This document is being processed and will be available in 10 days.

You can also object by following the instructions given on the gov.uk website under the heading of 'Object to a limited company being struck off' (it gives the email address to submit it to.

The response I received from the Dissolution Case Officer is that they will suspend further progress of the application, but within 14 days of objection you must submit evidence dated within last 6 months to your email such as invoices, court documents, general correspondence or emails between you and the company, to show that you are actively pursuing them for an outstanding debt.

All evidence should be recent and dated within the last 6 months and must show the full company name, including the word 'Limited', or equivalent

I urge ALL customers who have been in dispute with Skylink Parking Services Ltd to lodge their objection with documentary evidence ASAP.

Just to advise the hundreds of dissatisfied clients of this scam company that on 30 September they have applied to Companies House to 'strike the company from the Register'. Obviously a clear tactic in an attempt to remove them from any liability of the ongoing small claims processing through court.

You can object to this Application (see below) if you intend to take legal action against the Company:

You can object to a limited company’s application to be struck off the companies register if you’re a shareholder or other interested party, such as a creditor, and have a reason to stop the application, for example:

you’ve not been told about the company’s decision
you think the declarations on the company’s application are false
the directors have broken the law, for example tax fraud
you want to take legal action against the company

The Notice also appears in 'The Gazette' which means you may now send an email objecting to this application, to the email address shown on the gov.uk website under the heading of 'Object to a limited company being struck off'.

Hope it helps.

PS. Current Director showing as Afzal Raja NAWAZ who is also actively trading as at least 3 'Meet & Greet' businesses. (1) Go Park Ltd (appointed as Director 15/7/22) and registered office listed as 71-75 Shelton St, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, whereas registered office for his (2) Skylink Parking Services Ltd is registered at 2nd Floor, College House, 17 King Edwards Rd, Ruislip HA4 7AE , and (3) Parkingtime UK Ltd registered at Jolyon House, Amberley Way, Hounslow TW4 6BH (all of which are more than likely 'serviced offices' purely for business registration.

However, from extensive googling I believe home address to be 369 Goodman Park, Slough SL2 5NW

Small claims court

We are in the process of taking skylink to the small claims court. Their company details are registered at company house. Arrived late, rude, didn’t return car (parking lot was ‘locked’) we had to retrieve car 3 days later from a hotel car park ( they’d ‘lost the key’ )catalytic converter stolen. After initial correspondence, all communication has ceased their end. DO NOT USE. Has cost us well over £700 to get our car back without a catalytic converter.
