Mustangpay's site is NOT secure.So how can one use it?It means that all your Banking information is open to everyone.

I was planning to order a product from this company, however my email inquiry bounced from their server which presumably has gone offline.

On further inspection, the UK company registry states that their account has been overdue for over a year, so presumably they are bankrupt and not working.

Do NOT use this company. Ordered Alchol wipes on 23.05.23. Money taken at time of order. Order never arrived. I rang several times; always an answer machine. Nobody ever rang back. Also emailed via company's web-site, no response. Still awaiting order.

Mustang accepted an order for light fittings in February 2023. No sign of the goods or replies to e mails or anyone answering their phone. At the end of March I did get an e mail saying the goods were out of stock and my payment would be refunded. Through April and May I e mailed to chase my refund but none were answered and no refund arrived. The payment was originally processed by PayPal and I raised a dispute and claim through them. I’ve had my refund so full marks to PayPal and none to Mustang Supply. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else as their operating practices are outrageously poor.

Absolute joke this company Cedric Alain MONNET promised me my item would be despatched on the 02/03/2023 still not received they never answer the phone I am absolutely disgusted with them

order 10 fans never arrived, no emails , no comms, no one answers the phone or emails, had to claim the money back, avoid, avoid, avoid

Terrible service. Ordered a Polti Vaporetto SV440 Double steam cleaner and paid . A few days later they cancelled on the 15th Feb as it was apparently out of stock. Promised a full refund . So far still awaiting the refund and it’s now the 23rd Feb . I have opened a dispute with PayPal.

Ordered a wrap machine from this business never arrived. 4 weeks of trying to contact. Emails bounce back and phones are disconnected. Avoid at all costs! Contacted local businesses in same area they informed this business has moved complex and unable to contact. We have no goods and no refund received!

Ordered, never delivered, had to claim a refund through paypal as they ignored my email.

Then they claimed they advised me the item was unavailable and refunded. No email received, if I hadn’t complained to paypal I reckon I’d never have got my money back.

Bunch of chancers

I've just ordered 2 facemasks from Mustang. I didn't see anything about P&P until I'd actually paid, and it was £12. I'm hoping it doesn't come in half a ton of bubblewrap. Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but the P&P was obvious on uniformsandworkwear. I don't want to cancel the order because I've spent too much time on it already, but I'm now thinking I should have bought 20 Viroblock masks from u&w for under £70 and given 18 away as Christmas presents.

Replying to Mustang's reply, that's a reasonable offer, but I can't be bothered.

I've just got the order, plus 2 free masks. Because of the freebies, I've upped the score to 3 stars.

Honest, quick service.

I never received my fire pit even though you accepted my money. I was then asked to prove it was not delivered when of course you should have been proving you had delivered it. Fraudulent signature on delivery note. Clearly delivered to wrong person.
Worst company I have ever dealt with and non existent customer service.absolutely appalling.
