What a joy to assign a complicated assembly of a Murphy bed to a professional. He arrived on time. Has the right tools and worked till completion. A pleasant experience knowing it was done right. When completed he even helped me line up the rug so it would pass my wife’s expectation. ( it did). I will use this service again. So gloss to have found you guys the communications we excellent. Far exceeded my expectations

Staff were punctual and provided excellent service removing large old item and building a new elliptical while cleaning up all the packing and removing trash. Great job!!

Attempted to connect me with an 'expert' who had no experience constructing Pergolas and instead had no web presence accept a facebook page with 1 review stating they assembled IKEA furniture for the person.

I asked to be connected with someone who has experience, handy buddy rep asked me to talk to the 'expert', which I did where I asked for examples of work showing they can handle a big job like a 12 x 24 pergola installation on a stone pad...they said they would provide me with that and then ghosted me (for 2 weeks now).

I reached back out to handy buddy twice asking what's going on and have been ghosted by them too.

After reaching out two more times a CS rep got back to me and wanted to make it right but I'm going with another service.

I added a star bc they wanted to make it right, but my experience was still very negative overall.

The shed was assembled perfectly. Service was on time and Friendly. Totally recommend Handybuddy.

The crew was extremely diligent and did a fantastic job in putting together the greenhouse. The whole process of using handy buddy was excellent. They were on top of it. Would absolutely use again if needed.

It took 2 days, a total of 9 hours, to put together the trampoline and the handyman came from Olympia, Wa. It was extremely impressive. Very appreciative!

HandyBuddy connected me with a great installer for my trampoline. I had to change providers at one point due to scheduling conflict and it was pretty easy. The only negative is I couldn’t log onto their website to see any of my job details or reschedule, even after multiple attempts to reset my password.
