Personalized great service from the OCY Solutions team

Marc has been wonderful to work with and I look forward to setting up a partnership with Handy Buddy.

We submitted a request to install a gazebo and selected a date on the website calendar. We also called to confirm the process. We were assured our credit card would not be charged until the job was completed to our satisfaction. However, our credit card was charged on the day of our request. They were not able to meet the date selected and our order was canceled. We have repeatedly tried to speak to someone in regards to our refund, which should have never been charged in the first place. They continue to insist we will receive the credit/refund in 1 - 2 business days. It is now nearly 3 weeks since they charged my card and now we are likely to receive finance changes for this.

George was wonderful, he was so nice and did such an amazing job with the playset. So professional and courteous. We are so happy we contacted handyman. Thank you so much. We will always contact handyman with all our needs.

They are VERY Unprofessional, and a customer service employee called me a derogatory name over the phone.

Bluefiks far exceeded our expectations. They were on time and kept us informed of arrival time. Very professional and pleasant to work with. They were extremely tidy and cleaned up all the packaging and cardboard when they were done. I would highly recommend them to assemble anything that needs assembly.

I recently had a gazebo installed on my concrete patio by Ibrahim from HandyBuddy.com, and the experience was fantastic. Ibrahim was punctual, professional, and showed great attention to detail. I signed up to find a professional to install a shed. After reading reviews I decided this was not the best way to find a professional. I received one contact. I decided to cancel. I wasn't even 12 hours and I am being charged a 165 dollar cancellation fee. What a joke. Avoid handybuddy. Shoddy practice. If I booked a date I could understand but I didn't even speak to anyone. I used this service for all of 4 hours. AVOID!!!!!!!

The installers were very professional and efficient

Found out they only pay the contractors about half of what the customer pays. Some nitwit in California is collecting most of the money for doing nothing. Search for your local assemblers on Facebook and the like. Save yourself money and put it back into your community.

Very convenient process to matching with an excellent provider! Very thorough and professional and great communication.

If I could rate them a negative I would. This company is the WORST. I was unfortunately matched with them on a sight I ordered a gazebo from to put it together for me and they matched me with two extremely unreliable contractors. They have ZERO customer service, charge an exorbitant amount of money for their unreliable service. I had one contractor who canceled last night at 7 pm due to weather and it is beautiful today. I told him to forget about it and I no longer wanted to use him, I reported him to Handy Buddy and they backed up his unprofessional and terrible behavior. They were going to charge me well over $1,500+ for the install. I hired another person wh comes highly recommended and they are charging e $400 and are professional and will actually show up and do the work.

If you report an issue like I did, they will cancel your request, gaslight and blame YOU. RUN FROM THIS GREEDY COMPANY!!
