Our Project Manager Brian was fantastic at managing the on site crew during our fiberglass pool installation. We liked that the team showed up multiple times throughout the week for check ups and prep for the next phase and it seemed like a pretty fast process overall. There was some skepticism on our part because they lifted the pool out and reset it twice with the crane to get it perfect. It was a lot more involved than we originally believed and now we're looking to get our furniture out and landscaping done. They did a great job on the pool, Brian was really helpful answering questions throughout the process and assuring us of next steps.

Hang 10 saved our pool after it went completely brown from mud running into it after a big storm. They came out and were able to filter it quickly.

Hang 10 built our pool early this year and did a great job. We just wanted something small and in budget. They didn't do a lot of upsells or squeeze us into something we didn't want. Overall, It was a good experience.

So far, so good. Saw their sign in a neighbors yard so we reached out for a quote. Pricing was competitive and they were very friendly and walked us through everything to expect and timelines. Will update review as we progress.

Absolutely disgusted with hang 10 pools llc, After taking my money and dragging their feet for two months about not able to get correct measurements for the the pool liner, they suddenly decided to cancel the contract because they couldn't handle the job they agreed to in writing and told me they have lots of experience with vinyl liners and two months later after getting nothing done and contacting the previous company to ask them for the measurements since they build the pool originally, and I called the manufacturer and they told me that the reason he couldn’t get the measurements is because That pool is beyond your contractor expertise”. He misrepresented his experience just to get my money. The pool was in bad shape when he came to look at it and give me an estimate but still insisted that no problem he can get it back to its original condition . "Warning: Do not trust with your money or your time. Their lack of integrity and inability to fulfill their commitments is truly disappointing. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable company to work with." Incompetent and deceitful, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away and save yourself the headache.
