From 10ml lasting 1 week to 1 day . Used Hangsen super mint for many years , now it only lasts a day .

Had a problem with delivery but this was solely down to the fault of Royal Mail and most certainly not Hangsen themselves. Hangsen got on the case straight away and kept communication going with myself. Can't fault their customer service, or their liquids either. I am a long standing customer.

I’ve been using this company for over a year now, and delivery is quick, customer service is amazing, helpful and very informative, only once I’ve had to wait because they was out of stock of the product I always purchase and customer service was quick to help and even informed me when it had come into stock. Thanks for the fabulous service you give me.

Terrible customer service. Wrong flavours in wrong bottles. I contacted them but no reply. I won't be buying from them again

Very disappointed. Have been using this company for the last few years for eliquids. Placed and paid for an order 3 weeks ago and have not received it. Emailed them several times but have just been ignored. Will never order from them again. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Tried the hangsen tobacco USA mix, the problem was it doesn't actually taste like anything! Not for me, stupidly brought 10 bottles because they were discounted. All in bin now sadly. Waste of money.

Excellent delivery. However was sent the old bottles but have requested for the new ones now on new order- will see if they arrive as asked. Otherwise excellent 👌

Never ceases to amaze me on delivery times! I’ve used this company for a few years and they always deliver. Ordered last night at 16.55 and received this morning’s post far far up north. Thank you guys and gals.

Missed sold out of date liquid by sending 0 nicotine content. Replied that it was my fault. Lost a customer

DISGUSTING!
Ordered trial pack on the 20th October 2021, arrived the next week, but as my new year’s resolution was to stop smoking, I didn’t open the packaging which the liquids were in until last week, 18th January 2022, I asked my daughter to help me, as I'm unfamiliar with Vaping, & she stopped me as she saw the liquids were out of date.
Expiry date on ALL the liquids was May 2021, which is 5 months prior to me ordering on the 20th October 2021.
I have emailed about 6 times now, with NO response from Hangsen, & I have had to get my bank to help, as they are selling out of date items!

BEWARE

They cancelled my order and did not refund me and they are ignoring all my emails. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank over it.

Ordered 10 bottles of e liquid, when it arrived they all had a use by date of within 14 days. I opened one bottle and it was tasteless. E mailed them for an exchange or my money back.No reply at all 6 days later.On the web site it saye's they respond within 24 hours.
I will never buy from again.

A year and a half and I can't fault this company or their product at all. On the one occasion when my order was a few days late they sent me an extra bottle of my fave juice and an apologetic email. Thank you for the great job you do, Hangsen.

Spent £20 on liquids none arrived I’ve also sent 3 emails and left one voicemail still nothing!!! Shocking customer service *avoid*

Since 2012, we have been buying and selling millions of e-cigarette products from various Chinese producers and resold them in the European markets. The only company where we experienced quality issues with so far, has been Hangsen.

We have addressed the issue to Cathy Chou from HANGSEN, but they refuse to take our complaints serious despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation with their quality issues.

Ordered 5 e liquids
One of which was already out of date.
Email sent they requested photos however when the photos were sent never heard back from them despite a few emails
Terrible customer service.

Ordered on the 20th March have sent quite a few emails and have not been replied to very disappointed that I have paid out almost £20 for nothing.

Always delivers and very helpful if any issues.
