Whilst the actual product and the price are excellent, the waiting time for delivery is inordinately long. I have had two "How did we do?" requests since my order, and it is still not here!

Well not strictly true, for me it's about the thrift as having 5 kids to feed and being a steriotypical Yorkshire man my pockets are tighter than a nuns knickers.
I found this on my local market for £2.20..... how bloody much !!!!!

The box looked dangerous, a light brown with a logo that almost resembles the contagion logo. I wanted the bottle to resemble a glass vile with toxic looking liquid and what do I find.
Cute little bottle, the only thing strange thing is that funny green lid.
Hope springs eternal perhaps my taste buds and lungs would be attacked by a horde of ravenous zombies intent on devouring every palatable organ possible.
I fired up the vape and took one massive lung hit and began to cough harder than an astmatic donkey with a carrot stuck. There was hope but then I realized I forgot to change from the mesh coil to the normal coil.
Once I changed to the lighter coil I hit it again, would the zombies come in masses and pull out my insides ?.
Well no !
A smooth smoke with a suitable almost hazelnut tone tickled.....yes I said tickled my lungs like doddys tickle stick.
(If you don't get that reference you are not as old as hell like me).
It's not a bad little budget juice in all and well worth the £2.20 (cough).

Products not in stock, slow to get in touch.
I have placed two orders over the last few months. Before Christmas I had to contact them to send my order as it had been lost in the system. They had none of the what I wanted so sent something similar. It took a good couple of weeks to get my order.
A few weeks ago I ordered again and a week after I placed the order they got in touch to say they didn't have what I ordered. I was offered similar again but refused. I was refunded a few days later but I won't be using them again. My thoughts are that if they don't have something in stock it shouldn't be available to buy via their website.

we are aware of this order and customer and unfortunately the flavour they wanted is only available sometimes from Hangsen. We have in the past, removed the flavour choice from our website a few times but every time we do, a few days later, we get notified from Hangsen this is back in the UK and available so we left it on the website with the belief it will be available when we get orders for it. Sorry for your experience and this is very seldom the case normally. Unfortunatey it happened to you more than once
