Hannun still charges me €15 for delivery although they delivered a damaged item. So I paid €34 for a small picture unbelievable. They do not adapt the packaging price.

TDLR: the table had scratch marks but it still takes a lot of unnecessary back and forth (and me having to prove that they also shipped the legs of the wrong color, which doesn't even matter at this point) to actually return it.
Long version:
They had a table on sale, the name of the model was Sharik. I don't think they have it anymore because I got the last one.
A day later I wrote them and asked if I could cancel my order before they shipped it because I changed my mind. They replied that this was no longer possible since it's already in the logistics. It wasn't shipped out until a few days later though, but it's ok.
When it arrived, I discovered that there were marks on the table and generally the color of the table was not what I had expected (not their fault, it's just that they didn't have a picture for the color they were actually selling, and you needed to guess the color from its name, which in that case was Walnut). The legs were also different color completely.
I was actually glad because it would mean that I'm guaranteed the right of return but it actually turned out to be much more difficult than I thought.
I've sent them the photos of the scratch marks on the table to prove the defect and also to insure myself from claims from their side, and then I packed it back because they ask the photos of the ready-to-ship package too.
The automatic system for returns offered me almost 50% discount for the next purchase on the spot which was nice (I don't remember the exact number anymore, I think it was 279 euros) or around 200 euros in actual money if I kept the table. I think this is definitely the nice part and I really considered keeping it but I just didn't want it so I chose the full return option.
Then I got an email with similar offers which were actually less (I think 30% in discount or 20% cash return) and demand to prove that the legs were actually different color. Now I think this is where it went wrong because the focus shifted from the scratch marks and I'm like, hello, you've got scratch marks on the table, the color of the legs doesn't even matter anymore, just take the table back. But they are super insistent that I unpack the legs again, which I had to do this morning. I still haven't got a confirmation for the return.

Hannun just keeps sending me advertisements with prices that are lower than the ones I got when I click to buy it. It is misleading advertisement and they do it continuously. (it is exactly the same price for each colour, there are no variants cheaper. It is clearly misleading advertisement - if you want correct, just stop doing it - don't reply denning it sending, once again, wrong information)

Terrible experience with their customer service. They were unable to communicate effectively with the delivery company. After more than 2 months of waiting the parcel was returned to the place of origin. We are waiting for the refund...

Ordered a table for 1500€ and delivery was supposed to take 5-6 weeks, ended up being even later than that. Table came cracked and when filing a complaint with customer service, agreed that a 40% refund was appropriate instead of returning the table, as this was the more sustainable solution . Given this email, I threw away all packaging, which meant I couldn’t return the table anymore. 1 week later refund was still not there. I followed up with customer service about the status of my refund, and they gave a bullsh*t answer about them changing supplier, and the 593€ refund they were originally going to give me is now 90€.
I was originally very excited about this company especially cause it’s B-corp, but this whole experience is such a turn off. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The designs are amazing, I love every piece of furniture on this store! I’m waiting to receive my first order and I will update my review based on this process
Overall I had big expectations and they were all shred along the way. Hannun you broke my heart to what i thought would be a central dining piece for the living room.
Would not repeat for main/big furniture items - too many uncertainties along the way. Could buy small stuff. Unfortunate experience to what seems like a good end-product.
- Delayed delivery: promise was 7-10 days and took them aprox a month
- Poor assembly experience: no assembly instructions given with the product, also not available online. Took them +24h to send the info, however it was poorly explained and rather incomplete
- Good end product but not very professional: Seems of good quality, but pieces of wood came with big hand-made pencil scratches - is that part of the artisanal experience?
- "Misplaced" discount policy: 15% discount offered for a 2nd purchase but no compensation for current order. Would only repeat for small "non-essential" items.

Both the item (coffee table) and the box it came in came DAMAGED; broken pieces, heavily scratched wood, wobbly screws... The box was way too big for the actual item, the corners of the box were ripped open, and there was hardly any padding inside the box, which makes it unsurprising that the item came damaged.
The refund policy is not clear on the website, and customer service is only contactable via email (no Whatsapp, no phone number). Now they have finally agreed to process my refund, but they are insisting that I package the item myself with new packaging for pick up - without advice on where to source the right box or compensation for packaging.
I cannot use the old box because it was completely damaged, so now I have to find the box by myself. It sounds simple, but only wholesalers (bulk sellers) sell the size of box I need. So I have to not only pay for the box myself, but also source it myself, which shouldn't be my responsibility as a consumer when the original box was damaged in the first place.

I ordered some bedside wall shelves from the Hannun website because they looked beautiful!
When I received them, I realised that the colour wasn't what I expected. So I decided to return the items. After several email exchanges with customer service, they tried to dissuade me from returning the items by offering me a credit of 105% of the value of the goods. How can a company that claims to be environmentally responsible recommend that a customer keep an item that they won't use?
However, I decided to return the item and get my money back.
And then, to my great surprise, customer service told me that I'd have to pay €14.9 for the return, as it's written in their general sales conditions. So I end up having to pay €30 ( 14,9/ item, as the bedshelves came in 2 packages) in return costs for unused items weighing barely 5kg in total !
Avoid this website if you don't want to lose money. Very low cost customer service and guaranteed waste of time and money.
I even don't understand how this company was able to obtain the Bcorp label given its practices. No social responsibility whatsoever! And a big "I don't care" for its customers.

Ordered 2 pieces and almost 3 months later I still haven‘t received them both. First one got damaged by shipping company (after it took the shipping company several weeks for the delivery - and myself several calls and emails), needed to be send back (even before I actually received it) to be repaired. When I finally received it after being repaired, the quality of it was rather mediocre.. pieces don‘t really fit and that’s why it was difficult to assemble. Wood also was slightly damaged and quality of wood seems rather poor. Still waiting for the second piece. Two times delay in production was communicated. Still waiting for it. Customer service is friendly and responsive but not helpful. In total wrote about 30 mails with them. Asked them several times to take a different shipping company after my bad experiences. I was also willing to pay a higher price for this. They didn‘t care about my request, just kept on sending useless email responses and excuses.
edit: I had of course again issues with the shipping company and it took again several weeks, calls and emails until they delivered the second piece. When I finally received the package and opened it, I had to realise that also this piece was damaged - probably by the shipping company, considering the damages of the packaging. And again, the design of the mirror looks good, but quality of the wood (even difficult to say if real wood) seems rather poor. At least too poor considering the price.
Wouldn‘t recommend Hannun. Prices are too high for the quality and service they can offer - and the energy and time you have to invest just for ordering a piece of furniture. Concept, designs and website appear really nice, but do actually not represent what they can offer.

I bought three Item from them, they send me a tv table with a wrong color,and after 4 months I still waiting for new one, the quality is awful after 4 month there is crack on the coffee table without any reason. DON'T buy anything from them.

I ordered in June and still did not receive my order
When I sent a message two weeks ago, they said they had issues with some orders and it would be sent asap, but I asked for a refund last week as it's still stuck.
No one is answering for the refund even if I sent two messages about it and for now, I've lost 100 euros and still don't have shelves in my kitchen
Not normal to have delivery issues for 2 months, and the least they can do if it happens is to send a refund to the client asking for it

The product arrived in time. I order 2 Queralt boards but they were very difficult to install (holes to small for the system provided) leaving me with a screw that is stuck in the wooden board and damage to my wall.

Transportation took quite long but was always communicated clearly and ahead of time. Color is a bit different (more orange) than on picture but great quality and super easy to apply. We love it!

I had ordered two corner shelfs and a bedside table. The corner shelfs were supposed to come earlier. As I wanted to go on a two week vacation and couldn't choose the date of delivery beforehand, I asked for the items to be send later. Customer Service approved it. They still came, why I had them delivered to a shop close by, and asked them to hold the package for me, so it wouldn't be send back.
Not only was there just one corner shelf, also it was badly made. The wood is of poor quality and unpolished, the screws were poorly attached.
Hannun now doesn't want to take it back or refund, because they say, that I only had 48 h to claim the damages. This has cost 40€ and I am afraid of what the nightstand that cost 80 will look like.

I just received two wooden shelfs from hannun and I am disappointed about the quality of the products. The shelf was supposed to be whole wood but in fact it’s a cheap wooden blank made of many wood chips glued together. The supposedly “natural” form of one side of the shelf board is in fact artificially carved and looks really really fake. Sorry. It was impossible to see these details from the product pictures. The returning has made too complicated and you have to pay it yourself so I didn’t return the items. Thanks to fast customer support I was still able to cancel and got a refund from another item I ordered..
