Order and return

The product itself, from what I was able to see (only took one piece of wood out and saw that the color didn’t match the rest of my furniture), was good.

We are still trying to return these two shelves and the customer service is just super slow and everything takes ages. Noted that we checked in advance if we’d have to pay for the return, in case we didn’t like it. It says there’s a free return within 14 days. Well, we ended up paying 30 something €s now for them to send a courier and pick it up. The packages were supposed to arrive at a certain date, no one showed up, only 3+ weeks later they got delivered, without any eta beforehand, after asking multiple times.

Customer services is slow and takes days to respond. I now exchanges over 20 emails with them to solve this ‘problem’. It should be easy fixed in an email exchange of max 5 mails.. To be fair: they’re always very kind. Still, sadly a shop I’ll never order de again.

However, we do offer a return service that you can use at your own expense, or you can arrange the return yourself. I understand that the process has taken longer than expected, but please note that the delay may have been caused by the payment delay which was made late.

Regarding the issue with the color not matching the rest of your furniture, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We always strive to provide accurate product descriptions and photos on our website, but sometimes there may be slight variations due to natural materials used in our products.

As for the slow customer service response, we always aim to provide prompt and efficient customer service, but sometimes there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause delays. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.

Experience was easy, quick and on-time. Loves that the products I purchased were made by local artisans and it looks amazing!

Damaged item, poor customer service

Recently ordered a shelf / coatrack which arrived damaged with two of the five hooks broken. We informed the customer service team and requested that replacement hooks be sent (no need for a full reimbursement / return of the product).

Unfortunately, we were told (very rudely) that we hadn't informed the team within 48 hours after receiving the item (we were a few hours out) and so we would just have to live with it.

Very disappointing disregard for the customer experience after paying >EUR 80...

Produit bas de gamme - prix exorbitant

I bought the mirror Anzor and a coat hanger Sekai on the Hannun website.
All the products arrived at home without delay.

BUT What cheap products they are !!

the mirror arrived broken, and the coat hanger with a strong smell of chemicals products. Moreover, the quality of the product regarding the price it’s an aberration !!! On a small pice of wood they put 4 hooks (even not all blacks!!) and they were not in line !!
The big surprise is that I’m obliged to paid to return this lowcoast and cheap products !!

Extremely low quality and unprofessional assembly.

Delivered but in what condition... I am very disappointed by the product, the legs were poorly attached, or not attached at all, no nails or glue!!! The quality of the product is really bad.
The top plate has no brake, dangerous for children, the wood is super soft, the quality is very low, really hardly pallet wood ... In short I am not satisfied at all. Walk away from Hannun!!!

Livré mais dans quel état... Je suis très déçu par le produit, les pieds étaient détachés et mal fixés, voire même pas fixés du tout, ni clou ni colle !!! La qualité du produit est vraiment mauvaise. Le plateau supérieur n'a pas de frein, dangereux pour les enfants, le bois est super tendre, la qualité est très basse, vraiment à peine du bois de palette... Bref je ne suis pas satisfait du tout.
J'ai dû réparer et solidifier toute la structure inférieure!!!
Bref, à éviter!!!

Incompetent Service and Support

Very bad service I try to return since 6 Weeks a parcel and it is not possible to send me an return label. The support team consists out of incompetent people. The only thing what they do is checking the evaluations and reply to it but not to the problems of the customers!
Wait for it below :-)

Horrible

Watch out! Horrible experience. Delivered broken mirrors since then their transport service company are sending me for 6 months from now bills that i should pay. Hannun is not capable of resolving the problem. No proper communication. They just don't take their clients serious. Not a good service im extremely disappointed.

Excellent, real wood products

Excellent design and selection made from real wood and strong, quality products and decent prices, especially when on sale. The delivery and assembly is also easy and excellent. Really love Hannun.

Extreme poor quality

I ordered the Nicia shelf. After waiting for their artisans to build the shelf which took more than 1 month, it came in packaging that was torn in various places, the rattan on the shelf was broken in at least 8 places. I complained and the staff sent a replacement claming it was the transport company. One month later, the replacement arrived and again the rattan is broken in many places. The backing of the shelf has criss-crossing strips of rattan that are either so thin they seemed like they would snap with a touch, or the strips are just stapled to the frame or not stapled at all, or just plain broken. It is clear now it was not a problem of the transport company but the quality of the furniture. It is ridiculous that they are selling furniture of such poor quality! What a waste of time waiting for the replacement, 2 months of waiting and i still don´t have a shelf. Hannun is claiming a quality of furniture for life, but this is simply not true. It is very disappointing how bad the quality is.

Disastrous packaging, everything is broken

I am not sure if this review applies more to Hannun or the delivery service they use. I had some successful orders with Hannun in the past, but this time it was a true disaster. I ordered a TV table and it arrived with a piece of wood hanging off, the shelve not completely attached, and the top separated from the bottom. Plus there are two screws hanging around the box which I don't evenk know where they fell from. The package was also damaged.

I have made my complaint and am waiting to hear back from them, but the furniture is in terrible condition. It's not rustic or sustainable, it's just BROKEN.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! No answer on any of the channels for two weeks now! A piece is missing and the furniture cannot be assembled! If you want to contact me, my order number is 77242!
