UPDATE - A complaint was sent to The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority

Details of the Complaint:

1. Agreement and Payment: In August 2023, we engaged with Mr. Hans Olsen for a matchmaking service to find a publisher for our video game "Arhaekon," for which we paid USD $500 as agreed upon in the correspondence and invoice issued by Mr. Olsen.

2. Non-Delivery of Services: After the payment was made, Mr. Olsen failed to provide the promised services. Despite numerous requests for updates and deliverables, he did not fulfill his contractual obligations nor did he provide any evidence of work being carried out.

3. Failed Commitments and Lack of Communication: Mr. Olsen and us proposed several online meetings to discuss progress but he never attended these meetings. Eventually, he acknowledged his failure to deliver the services and agreed to issue a refund. However, despite his commitment, the refund has not been received.

4. Silence and Non-Response: Mr. Olsen has ceased all communication and has not responded to any emails or inquiries since December 2023.

Sought Resolution:
1. Refund: Immediate refund of the full payment amount of USD $500.
2. Formal Apology: An apology from Mr. Olsen for the non-delivery of services and lack of professionalism.
3. Investigation and Action: We request a formal investigation into the business practices of Mr. Hans Olsen and GamePromoter.dk and appropriate action to prevent future occurrences of such conduct.
