My mums fridge freezer ceased working the day before New Year's eve and I was doubtful, due to the bank holiday, that we would be able to get a replacement from anywhere within the week let alone the following day, however I rang Hanson's and spoke to Laura who couldn't have been more helpful and understanding of my elderly Mums plight.
She was able to view the item in their showroom and
they delivered the following day, on time and after a courtesy call when they were a short distance away.
Adam the delivery driver again couldn't have been more helpful and engaging and both these staff are a credit to the company.
It is great to find that a company does still exist with proper traditional customer care at its core and I cannot thank them enough for their excellent service.

I can't recommend this company enough. We got our kitchen from here along with all the appliances. Ryan designed our dream kitchen, I can't recommend him enough. The service we received is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Ant the kitchen fitter was great too and again did a 100% perfect job. We had a couple of queries recently and again I am blown away with Ryan's amazing customer service . The aftersales customer service is great. You often find once the sale has gone though companies no longer care. Well this is not the case with this company, nothing is too much trouble and it gives you 100% confidence to shop with them again and again. Highly recommend.

Ordered a Hotpoint dishwasher online, easy process and delivered when arranged, no problems

If I can I always like to spend my money locally if possible instead of going to a larger chain..I have had various white goods from Hansons, never an issue, always arrive when they say, phone call before when they on their way, polite delivery people…..

I liked the phone call the day after I ordered online to confirm order, it was a nice personal touch, reassuring and making me feel my business was valued. I liked that I got a choice of delivery days. The men who brought the tumbler were polite and efficient, gave a courtesy call before they arrived, turned up when they said they would and took the trouble to manoeuvre the drier into a convenient position for me until my husband arrived to fit it into place. Really happy with the service and liked that it is a local company I am dealing with. I will definitely consider using Hansens again when purchasing white goods.
