Best opticians i’ve ever used. They are the most professional, helpful, supportive team. I have been wearing specs for 55 years and Hanson’s are by far the best experience i’ve had. Long may they continue.

Highly recommend this Opticians. Their high level of care, communication, and knowledge can't be beaten. Myself and children wouldn't go anywhere else.

New reading glasses

Excellent service. I was only purchasing clip on sunglasses but felt valued from initially emailing asking if they could obtain the item,which was answered promptly. They were very friendly and efficient when I went in to order and when I collected. I would definitely recommend.

I take my 6 year old daughter here and all staff are brilliant and very patient with her. Communication is key and they have it spot on! I also use Hansons and they are very specialised in what they do, I’ve very pleased with service and would highly recommend

Absolutely great experience! Dealt with me properly and the way I were meant to be dealt with! Easy communication! Had some outside frames to put my prescribed lenses in and I can say I am overwhelmed. They told me it would take 7/10 days for my glasses to come back with my lenses in and It was in an absolute matter of days I’m sure it were 2! But all in all happy

As a family we have visited other opticians and although we live in Mirfield never thought of trying Hanson until a couple of years ago when our son needed a specific prescription and we honestly would never go anywhere else now.
They are professional and nurturing. All staff have the same wonderful attitude.
We’ve recommended to other family and friends and are so grateful we’ve found them. A shame we didn’t use our brains and move to them years ago!

First time my husband and myself have used Hansons. Excellent service from the minute you walk through the door to picking our glasses up. Had the eye scans and routine eye test. Everything was explained in great detail by optician. Reception staff were great when picking glasses didn't rush us to make sure we were happy with the glasses we were picking. Will definately be useing in the future.

Fantastic service, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I had an eyes and a hearing test and everything was explained to me in great detail. I highly recommend this small company.

Extremely satisfied with the care and advice of the optometrist. The front of house staff are really friendly and offered great advice and enthusiasm when I was choosing spectacles. Much prefer a smaller individual practice to get that personal touch - I feel as though everyone knows me and being in my home town is so handy - I can walk there in 5 minutes instead of having to drive out of town and it taking up half a day. I am so happy with the service they provide.
