I recently took my partner Dean to Hanson’s Low vision clinic. From walking in you are made to feel welcome.
Dean was seen by Faariha who went through a number of sight aids with him, explaining everything in detail to both of us. Nothing was too much trouble for this young lady. We are extremely grateful for the help, advise & the sight aids.

Excellent customer service from booking the eye test to receiving your glasses.

Optometrists are highly experienced and very knowledgeable and the administration staff are extremely customer focused and never give the hard sell.

I've been going to Hansons for at least 4yrs every year and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent from start to finish

A problem identified by Atiq at my eye test was referred to hospital for further consultation. The referral took place within days, but Atiq followed this up by calling me in to the opticians for further check. He noted some change and further referred me back to the hospital which again occurred within a couple of days. The service and attention to detail from Atiq is brilliant as was the response from pinderfields eye clinic. I can’t fault the service I have received.
