Wow…what a spectacular waste of time and money the ‘MIT’ is!! Please don’t purchase this product under any circumstances…listen to genuine reviews rather than the 4.9 star reviews displayed on the happier doggo website. Absolute tosh!

Ordered Pawlush Pro, delivery was ages and the item was not as advertised in any way! It was cheaply made, awful material, much thinner than that in the video and the pictures! It doesn’t have the brand name on it and it barely picks up the hair as advertised and kept bending and falling off my hands! Absolute rubbish!! I've emailed them for a refund. Wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering… stay clear!

Firstly. The item they sent was a cheap knockoff.
Secondly. No where in the ad did they say this came all the way from China (waited 10 days for this).
It was only after I read reviews that I realised that I probably would receive fake goods (definitely).

I have been waiting over 4 weeks for my order of a dog hair removal mitt. After the first email they apologised for the delay & blamed Yodel for losing it & said they would send it by Royal Mail. 3 weeks later & 2 more emails, still waiting & no replies from the company!

Rubbish - too soft doesn’t pick anything up - falls of hand no grip what a wasted purchase

The delivery was fine, however the paw lush glove just doesn't work with dogs with short hair. It should be made clearer that this is for long haired dogs only.

So no issues with the company only the product I bought

Unfortunately, I found the pet hair remover mitt to be a bit of a disappointment and a waste of money. The mitt itself seemed like it could be effective, but due to its flimsy nature, it doesn't quite work as intended. If it were more rigid, I believe it would perform much better.

I ordered a Pawlush pro. Ad says it would be sent out by Royal Mail but Yodel contacted me instead. Said they'd delivered it to my local collection point (as I requested) and I could collect it. Went next day, parcel couldn't be found. Went back 2 days later, still no parcel. Chased Yodel, 'parcel cannot be found'. Contacted Happier Doggo customer services, deafening silence. Disappointing! Wish I'd read the reviews here first.

Bought pet hair removal gloves absolutely useless and not as advertised

Brilliant products and speedy shipping - had a question about the product and customer service were so polite and helpful! 100% recommend them, and the snuffle mat is a big hit with our dogs!!

Purchased an item. Item doesn't work, requested to return and a refund, no response to 3 x emails. Awful

Total scam. Ordered the ‘Pawlush Pro’ hair removal glove. Sent a cheap ‘Rhino Ben’ copy, nothing like pictured on website and literally doesn’t work to remove hair at all. AVOID!! The reviews on the website are fake.

Did not ship my order so when I emailed them I was told one of my items were out of stock and they offered to cancel and give me a full refund . I immediately accepted and then heard absolutely nothing! This communication was on 7th aug and still today I have no items or a refund . They ignore several of my emails, however I did get a response once telling me I had received my order and they will offer me half a refund as a gesture of goodwill!! Red flag ! This is a scam company do not use them.

These are sent from abroad and they don’t use Royal Mail as advertised.. never arrived although YODEL insist they have been.. delivery photo is not my house..SCAM!!!!

I ordered the hair mit and got a different brand from what was advertised which I have seen much cheaper on ebay. Have tried to message but no reply as yet. Disappointed.

I purchased the lobster toy. The day it arrived, one of its eyes fell out before the dog had been anywhere near it; early (gentle) playing subsequently led to both antennae coming off and the stitching coming apart on the head. Contacted their support email address with photos of proof to request a refund and to demonstrate the lack of durability - no reply. Contacted again - let's see, but based on other reviews here it sounds like I shouldn't hold my breath.

Do not use this company. I have emailed them and carried out a return request for a poor quality product but they do not reply.
