I got the pet hair removal mit it does what it says it has helped to clean up and remove cat fur from the sofa, from cloths and much more. This isn’t for someone who wants every bit of fur gone. But this product is fab and I’ll keep using it over and over to collect my fur babies glitter (fur) lol 😂

I wish you could give 0 stars or minus. Brought the pet glove from there and its nothing like the one advertised so they are selling under false pretenses. I contacted them about this but no reply off them after a week. So trading standards have been informed. Stay clear

Excellent item for grooming. Works so well. Very happy with my purchase, especially now it's so hot here.

I only gave one star because no stars isn't an option. I ordered two of the calming ducks. On arrival I decided they wouldn't stand a chance with my two cocker spaniels and decided to return them. I have now contacted the company 5 times and the 30 day return window has been and gone. Absolutely no customer service, completely ignored me. They only communicate to take your money and do not care about their customers. Driven by greed.

I bought the pet hair removal glove. Totally useless and the design means it’s almost impossible to comfortably use. Not as advertised, DO NOT BUY!

Bought toys for strong chewers which they claimed to have special technology for. Ripped within 5 minutes by my husky. Not worth the price and not worth the purchase at all even if it was a pound. Their reviews on the website is misleading. I asked for a replacement in good faith, and I got no response. Customer service is very unprofessional.

We ordered a chewy duck for strong chewers. Our 9 month old Labradoodle destroyed it half an hour after opening it. It also took nearly three weeks to arrive.

Ordered last Thursday, received an email on Friday stating goods despatched and a Royal Mail tracking reference. This reference is showing as “we are expecting it” on Royal Mail website for past week.
Clearly item not despatched and I have a suspicion that they have paid for postage in order to take my money.
Have sent contact via their website and emailed them but no reply as yet.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
I now have the hassle of trying to get a chargeback on my card.

Terrible company. Bought dual lead, broke within 3 weeks, emailed to ask for return and no reply, now left with a broken lead

Very Late delivery. I was convinced it was not coming at all. Absolutely no communication at all. When the goods finally came 1 was not suitable at all (the fish). It is dangerous for dogs and will take a normal dog a few minutes to get to the battery and parts. Avoid like the plague.

I really should learn my lesson and always check for reviews of companies before ordering. Placed an order a week ago. Not despatched yet. No response to emails, and no phone number provided. I can’t find any UK listing for the company. If you are smarter than me and are reading these reviews *before* you place an order - STOP. I suspect the website is just a sham front for a Chinese scam operation shipping cheap tat (if it ships anything at all).

Items finally arrived and are decent, just took a little too long to be delivered

Taken my money no goods delivered.no tracking number.says it is with yodel.been on the same spot for 2ams saying out for delivery.

This company is a SCAM. PLEASE BE AWARE! I ordered the lobster and I have been sent the cheaper version that is sold on other sites. The eyes on the one I have received are glass which is extremely dangerous as dogs are known to chew. Other features on the lobster that I have received are also different to the one advertised on their site. The product also doesn't work effectively (not that I would use anyway). I wish I had done more research before purchasing. The company doesn't seem to want to respond to concerns raised either so I'll be contacting my bank to raise a case in order to receive my refund back. Utterly concerning as these products will put your PETS LIFE AT RISK! These products are not safe for purpose and the company needs to be shut down. I will be escalating further as many customers may not notice the faults.

I also wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before I purchased anything from this company. The floppy fish toy does not work, the charger is faulty. I have asked for a refund but Happier Doggo has not yet got back to me on how I can return the item to them. I would not buy anything else from this company. They are clearly selling goods which are not fit for purpose. I will be contacting Trading Standards if I do not receive a refund.

Have dealt with this company a few times.
- Bought a floppy lobster. The dog loved it, the happiest I've ever seen her. It's a great idea for a toy. I didn't mind too much when she destroyed it a couple of weeks later because it had withstood a moderate amount of chewing by then.
- I contacted the company asking for help navigating their website for a separate issue, and mentioned that the dog loved the lobster toy. The company very kindly and unexpectedly at that point said they would send me a replacement! I never heard from them again, the replacement didn't arrive, and they didn't respond to my emails... a bit weird.
- I bought a floppy fish myself, once it became clear the free lobster would never arrive. The floppy fish is a couple of pounds cheaper than the lobster but MUCH more flimsy, basically a thin layer of fabric covering the mechanism. The dog is being very gentle with it, she's just holding it and looking at it, but we are 2 hours in, and it is starting to make cracking noises when she just picks it up, let alone plays with it. Absolutely would not recommend the fish unless your dog wants to look at but not touch her toys.

I ordered a toy floppy lobster for our dog.To charge it you had o take the charger out of the body.Neither myself nor 3 friends could get it back into the body. I wrote to Happier doggo 3 times for help.Not once did they reply
Despite pleading with them for help telling them I was 84 and partially blind.I have not had any reply.Neither can I find a telephone number for them .This company are hopeless and I will never deal with them again

Terrible company to deal with .
Poor quality products .
I ordered a lobster toy for my dog .
It arrived , the charging unit would not charge.
I have tried numerous times to get in touch with Happier Doggo and they NEVER return your messages.
Would never recommend or buy any of their over priced , poor quality products again .
