HSA is more than a course.

When I enrolled in HSA, I did it with doubts because I´d studied positive psychology and other related topics of happiness for many years. Yet, at the time, I had ten years of teaching happiness. But fortunately, I encountered a structured, scientific-based, and complete happiness model. Nothing is missing. Not only that, nowadays, the community is one of its great values. There are many activities that enrich us even more. The networking, the relationships, and the quality of people are priceless.

Find the missing puzzle piece for yourself, change the world

After 19 years consulting in employee engagement and organisational change whilst coaching leaders across sub-Saharan Africa, I found the missing puzzle piece in it all - Wholebeing Happiness.

Tal’s unique combination of the best in evidence-based research, ancient wisdom and practical tools, offers us a way to transform ourselves personally while making a profound difference to our organisations and communities.

Through the Certificate and then, Masters programme in Happiness Studies (joint venture with Centenary University, USA), I am able to work more effectively with business leaders to bring the next Happiness Revolution to life - post-Pandemic, something that our world needs now more than ever.

The HSA student and alumni community is very special - a diverse group of people from every continent who are passionate about being together, forming deep connections and working supportively to bring real change to life.

The course is fantastic!

The course is fantastic: based on scientific research, interdisciplinary knowledge, lots of different resources to increase our happiness levels from a personal to a worldwide level. The content is fascinating and has a human ethic approach. It has been the best course of my life and having Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar as our teacher is a huge privilege. He is absolutely extraordinary!

HSA is OUTSTANDING

By Cindy Areglado - Joining HSA happiness studies academy with Tal Ben- Shahar is an enlightening experience. I opened up to becoming an outstanding meditator, and how to bring mindfulness into my daily life, turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. I am now keeping a daily gratitude journal, and live a life rich & full of appreciation. In February 2023, I became a proud certified HSA trainer. This course is one year and is online. You have the opportunity to meet up with Tal each week for questions and answers, and he is a blessing & wealth of information. HSA is building great community platforms and has retreats to interact in person. I’m waiting to go in the US 😊 Happy Trails 🐾

One of the best decissions...

Being part of the HSA community is one of the best things that has happened to me.
This is an outstanding group of likehearted people with the desire to better their lives and the world.
The world class education imparted by Tal is worth many times what it costs. Having him as a teacher is such a priviledge.

The best present that I could give to myself & to my loved ones

Taking the certificate in happiness studies was one of the best decisions I could have taken.
I absolutely loved the content of the course. I also enjoyed its pace and simple structure: every week you open a new lecture but you also get amazing exercises (like meditation, yoga, reflection, and writing assignments). Plus the weekly live webinar with Dr Tal Ben-Shahar. This is where all the magic happens. You get communicate with the professor and with the rest of the community.
And talking about the community, the perfect way to meet your fellow journeyers is during the retreats organized every few months.
I would definitely recommend it! It changed my life and to the ones around me.

Best learning experience I’ve ever had!

Three years ago, I made a transition from being a successful Canadian Bank Executive leading large National teams and significant business targets to become an Executive Coach. I work extensively with business leaders, coaches, mortgage and financial advisors.

The HSA course and our brilliant professor Tal Ben-Shahar distill the vast ocean of Positive Psychology into practical and actionable ideas that I leverage to add value in my coaching practice! My clients benefit from enhanced Energy, Capacity, Performance and Productivity.

The HSA Institute is all about connection: Weekly Webinars, Retreats, Alumni & Business Club and of course a direct connection with the founders on a regular basis even for graduates are just a few examples that differentiate this fantastic institution!
