I ordered 3 items from them, 2 of them did not even get packaged and the 3rd was supposed to be a 6 piece baby set. Not only is the quality of the items that arrived extremely poor, but what arrived was only 2 pieces of the 6 piece set. When I asked for a refund, they only wanted to refund for the 2 items that were never packaged (even then the amount refunded did not total the cost of both items). When I told them I wanted a full refund, they claimed that the blurry image of the package being delivered was proof of all 6 pieces being delivered, even though it is clear that the package can only fit the 2 items that did arrive.
Now they want me to return "all 6 pieces" at my own cost for a full refund. After which I am sure they they will claim that there are items missing and will not refund me.
An Absolute SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON MEN.

We apologise for the misunderstanding, but you stated that out of three orders, including one six-piece order, you received only two items. That is why we sent you a photo so that you could see that the package was too large for the items you received.
We therefore asked you to return all the products you received so that we could refund you. We cannot refund the full amount for the three orders if two products are missing and you do not want to return anything. We also offered you a replacement, but you refused.
Looks great, but it is really soft so not fit for purpose
Firstly I am sorry, did made a mistake before that review was for baby bubble.
Feeding pillow I have only given 3 star because it looks great as it is in picture, but it is not hard enough to use as feeding pillow, it is really soft, that is my only issue

Once again, we apologise for all the inconvenience. For some reason, the labels were mixed up when they were applied to the parcels. This is the first time this has happened in 20 years of sales. Within a few days, we organised the collection of the product at our expense and issued a refund without delay.

The product is Good
The product is Good, BUT it was perchased for when baby stands up baby can fall safely without any head bumps, though ive tied it very strong around the crib, it falls down a lot.. also it isn't great if you haven't got 'bars' all around the cot, i have both ends with no bars and have had to use sticky velcro to keep it in place... next time i'll have to look into another one to keep in place all around the cot.
The actual product&design are lovely though
