Lovely items and great customer service
I was sent the wrong order to begin with but customer service sorted it in no time for me, sent out the right item and got to keep the other one too. Items are lovely and great quality, very rare nowadays you get good customer service but these guys were exceptional. Thank you, I would highly recommend and I will definitely use them again

Shockingly bad product. Good customer service
I bought a pram parasol (and left it a good review on their site) but a couple of months of use I can now confirm this is the worst product I have ever purchased. The quality is terrible and everything that could go wrong has.
My Happy baby did address the issue with a refund so can’t fault their customer service (hence not a 1 star) but this product really isn’t fit to be sold.
