I have sent a parcel to Australia 3 weeks ago, it’s still not even got to their sorting facility, trying to contact them is impossible! It’s so upsetting this is a parcel for my great grandchildren that have just emigrated there!

For the last few years I have been sending parcels to New Zealand ( Daughter lives there) Never a Issue
So my latest parcel( grand daughters xmas pressie) I tried Happy-Post well it got lost .Dont even think it left the U.K.
Lesson learnt . This was my experience of course ,back to the company with the letters F & X

Very good and cheap rates BUT it would've been a lot nicer if it could've been an official Etsy partner, since you can currently link your etsy to make labels directly from your orders but there is no official tracking that is recgonised by Etsy.

Having problems generating a label, which may the website or may be my error . Consequently I've paid but can not send. The review score is due to the fact that you do not give a phone number to call and rectify errors. I have sent an email but haven't received a response so I'm having to decide whether to contact my credit card to claim for a service not received and post with another company.

I sent a parcel to Pakistan via happy-post/Evri, and was told it would reach there in about 7-19 days, but it's been a month and the status tells me it's on it's way back to the retailer, but I have had no luck to finding out where the parcel has reached. These happy-post was not a happy delivery and I have wasted soo much money on the items and the cost of delivery, such a nightmare

I sent a Customised Blythe doll to a friend in the USA as a gift - I spent so much time, money and love on that doll - used Happy Post to send it.and it has disappeared!
I've tried contacting Happy Post twice and they haven't even had the courtesy to reply! Tracking shows that "they have it" at their warehouse but it hasn't moved! In over 2 weeks. They said they'd use Evri to send it to the US then UPS but neither Evri or UPS recognise my tracking details!
I'm distraught. I can only assume its been stolen. All that effort down the drain.

Second I state in my review that I have contacted HP twice using the same email you provided and they simply haven't bothered to get back to me!
And I see by your other reviews I am one of many peope who have lost a parcel in similar circumstances, and am not getting ANY customer service or help in return.

Sent a parcel to my daughter in Australia and have no idea where it has gone!
Tracking says on way back to retailer but obviously it was a private parcel, attempted to contact them, no success and no response.

So a bad review on here resulted in an email but nothing further, have been advised by Evri the parcel is lost and contact carrier, have contacted carrier multiple times and ignored, no telephone number available - absolutely do not use this carrier!!

Sending parcels from the UK to Tunisia is not easy but I thought i would try this very cheap service. I dropped my parcel at a local shop and Evri collected it and delivered to a distribution centre near Heathrow. It then was sent to Belguim International distribution centre and then to Tunisia. I could locate my parcel using the international tracking service but as it took several weeks to arrive and it stopped tracking for several weeks at customs, I contacted Happy Post and they promptly replied and could tell me exactly where my parcel was. It was delivered the day after being released from customs but the recipient wasn't there so they collected it from the post office the next day with no trouble. I'm very happy with the service and the helpful and polite responses to my emails.

We`ve sent 6 parcels to the USA and no one reached Happy Post UK`s distribution centre. No reply from customer support, the only one thing you`ll get is "This has been escalated" but the result is the same. And to get another one reply from them - you should open a new ticket. Our customers already started cancelling it`s orders. Huge reputation damage doesn`t cost a couple of £ saving choosing this courier company. Avoid if possible.

I bought postage to send a parcel to Australia. However when I went to my orders page I could not download the postage label and had a message along the lines "could not generate label, contact customer support"
I have contacted customer support, I have sent them an email every day since last Thursday- zero reply! Shocking - I will never use this service again.

I also tried to go through your costumer support portal on your website but that wasn't possible as you need to provide a tracking nr and since I don't have a postage label I'm nowhere near having a tracking nr - this is time consuming - I don't want to fill in more forms - you are obviously aware of the issue as I don't seem to be the only one having this problem. Just issue me with a postage label ASAP without me having to fill in any more forms!

I’m extremely frustrated with your service. After paying to send a parcel to Australia, I went to your website to download the shipping label, only to see an error message that reads, “An error has occurred while generating the label for this parcel. Please contact support.” There is no button to download the label, and I’ve tried different browsers with no success. This seems to be a recurring issue, based on feedback from other users.
I received the PDF invoice without any issue, but there’s still no label included. It feels misleading to suggest the problem is with my browser when I’m able to access the invoice just fine.
Also, when I try to open a ticket on their customer support form I CAN'T because I have to add tracking number of the parcel which I DO NOT HAVE since I don't have the shipping label. SO I CANNOT SUBMIT MY ENQUIRY.
Can you please just email me the label directly? I don’t have time to deal with this kind of hassle. I expect this to be resolved immediately. my order number is 749914 I need this to be resolved asap this week because the recipient is waiting for the parcel, if it is not possible to send the label I want my money back now so I can use another company to ship the item ASAP

First , the parcel disappeared for 10 days , after my message they found it. I posted parcel to Gambia and what was surprise when parcel arrived to South Korea! How long it takes to destination, it will.be month soon then Will see.
