I have recently paid Happy-Post to send a parcel from the UK to Singapore but was unable to complete, having received the following message:
‘An error has occurred while generating the label for this parcel. Please contact support.'
I have tried without success to contact customer support and also to Happy-Post directly, on numerous occasions so that someone may inform me of the ‘error’ and instruct me as to how to rectify the problem, as their message is so vague.
It would appear from reading other reviews that this is not an isolated case, there is clearly a communication problem that needs be addressed and not the actions of a professional company.
It would seem that whilst payment is instant - customer satisfaction is not.
I would like to leave a positive review of Happy-Post, in the hope that there is a favourable outcome to my dilemma – we shall see….

I am still waiting for a parcel which was sent in 19/07 from France. On tracking it went to Czech Republic and now it is in Bucharest....
This parcel is certainly taking a long way round road trip.....so 12 days in and who knows when my parcel will turn up!!!!

I made a parcel for china and when I asked Happy-Post about the tracking, Happy-Post answered me quickly. they are very efficiency. I recommend because it is the second time that I use Happy-Post.

A parcel sent to Australia has not arrived.
Only tracking available was to state parcel had left UK on 21 June 2024. Other than that, nothing. I chose this service because it advised delivery would br 4 July latest. At the time of writing, the whereabouts of my parcel are unknown

The response is not correct. I had email correspondence from Happy Post before I posted the review and was advised that my parcel was in Australia. That's all they were able to tell me.
All this stuff about the USA is new drivel!

I spent £30 on a parcel to be sent to Australia and was not able to print the label needed to send it because it said there was a problem, and to contact customer support. I have contacted customer support numerous times over several days, tried Instagram, but no-one will respond to me.
Let's see if this works...

This was rectified by company and I was able to print off labels and dispatch. Today 20/6/24 I received a call from Happy Post to check I had managed to print labels off as they were aware parcel was moving (with the tracking).
Would definitely recommend company, and will use again should the need arise.

It was no probrem with this company but these days lots of probrem.
For now, 2 packages are stocked at mondial relay for 10days(I put them inside of locker,then they took them,after no information)
And 1 package more,I cant track with international package number for 7 days. (There was the same probrem just 1 month ago,they said the package couldn't be sent properly and got it back)
What's happening??? Or just me who has these probrem with them??

Happy post sent me an invoice for overweight parcels. I had taken the to our post office to check weight and they were definitely not overweight in fact about 500g under. Net result an excess charge of 60+ euros. I have a photo of the weighing scales at the PO but Happypost has no way to exchange with regard to this problem. Beware this development. I had the same thing with Easyship and changed shippers. There are alternatives popping up for those who do not wish to be exploited. I am keeping a record of each parcel weight now in photos. I was further insulted by Happy Posts condescending response and do not accept that there were any discrepancies in the weight. I have photographic proof of the weight which I confirmed at our Post office so as to be sure that I was within the confines of the shipment and it was under the weight I declared.

ONE OF THE PACKAGES THEY PROMISED TO RETURN IS NOW "LOST" ALSO!
THEIR "COMPENSATION" IS NOT WORTH HAVING AND THEY REQUIRE YOU TO SEND AN INVOICE FOR THE CONTENTS, BUT ONLY PAY €12 PER KG, SO WHY DO THEY NEED A DETAILED DESCRIPRION OF THE CONTENTS! SCAMMERS .....
Three packages sent to the USA on the on the 2nd of April. None have arrived. Problem signalled on the 22nd April. Booked a call back from Jean-Sebastien, which was confirmed for 15.00 on the 6th May. He did not call. After repeatedly contacting them all they would say was I must wait. On the 3rd of May, informed one package was lost and 2 were being held in customs. I was asked to provide my invoice and rib for a refund. I was informed it would be within 15 days. This has now passed, and I have received nothing. I requested over a week ago that the other 2 packages be returned to me, still nothing.
Promised 14 day refund dated 7th May on my lost package contents and postage fee has still not been paid.
How do I explain this to my customer?

IT IS NOW THE JUNE AND NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE FOR THE LOST PACKAGE. OUT OF THE 2 STUCK IN CUSTOMS, I ASKED THAT THEY BE RETURNED, I WAS ASSURED THEY WOULD BE DISPATCHED BY RETURN AND I WOULD BE GIVEN TRACKING NUMBERS, ONLY ONE HAS ARRIVED, NO TRACKING NUMBERS WERE GIVEN. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES, JUST FOB YOU OFF ALL THE TIME.

They rejected my parcel but only told me 3 weeks later, they did refund and then returned a parcel, great you say but it was not my parcel but a valentines box to a gf in Russia. Tried to get my box back but no response now £60 down and have to start again will use FedEx next time. Data breach as all details of wrong box in box along with my return address
