My first experience using Happy-Post has been very positive. I returned an item bought on eBay, and 13 days after dropping it off at a collection point in France it arrived at its destination in China. The shipping cost was very competitive, and I could pay by Paypal.

I just received an email telling me to pay an extra regularization charge of €11.27
I paid it before realising that the package had already been delivered.
I am certain that the dimensions and weight of the package were as I stated.
Please can I get a refund of this €11.27

Not the company at fault but I think I was being scammed. I was asked to pay a £50 insurance to have my item collected and shipped. I was even sent an email from PayPal but not sure it was valid it said I had been paid an amount inclusive of this insurance and I had to reimburse it? I wasn’t happy to do this until the money was in my bank. When I said this to the buyer I haven’t heard from him again!!
