Happy blankie is busy flooding their reviews with fake ratings but will not reach out to real customers. I placed my order on December 4th and have emailed multiple times, reached out on Instagram. Called a number I found online and left a message, left a chat on their website and still crickets. If someone would have just said- “I’m sorry, it’s taking longer than usual.” I probably wouldn’t have cared so much but the fact that they took my money and I haven’t heard a single thing is super upsetting.

This is my "go to" company for baby gifts to family, colleagues, and friends. The quality of the blankets is impeccable and the babies seem to love the satin lining. The ability to personalize the blanket with different fonts and colors is an added bonus. The animals and characters all are adorable and whimsical. Every family has stated how well the blanket washes and maintains its soft texture and quality. I also like that the blankets are available in sizes small, medium, and large and the large is truly large! Additionally, Happy Blanket donates a blanket to battered women's shelters, children in hospitals, or children of military and first responders' families for every blanket sold. The customer may choose to which organization they prefer the blanket be sent. My now six year old nephew continues to rest with his blanket (large) that he received when he was three. He has a large and loves incorporating it in his spontaneous fort assembly!

This past season I was disappointed that most of the blankets were sold out and I had to go to another source for a personalized blanket but pleased this company is doing well. I have had conversations with the staff and they are committed to ensuring their products are top quality and customer service is great.

Love these blnkets. So soft and excellent quality. Love that they donate one with each sale.

Our granddaughter has many blankies, and every one must be in bed with her! She has named all “Baby” I think it is time to order another🎉🎉

My 3 year old is autistic and has been loving happy Blankie since he was a newborn. These are literally the only tags that help him sleep!

This gift was just what I was looking for! The quality was great and I cannot say enough about the customer service I received. I'm hoping that more of my friends have babies so that I have an excuse to shop with them some more! I especially appreciate the diversity of the mermaids. It's nice to see representation in these products!

I wish I could give less stars. I ordered my product on Dec 3rd as a Christmas gift and never received a single update or notification. I have reached out to the seller multiple times through multiple ways (Email, Directly via their site, Shopify) and have received no response.

We paid for our blanked two months ago and it has not been received or shipped. We have reached out to customer service twice with no response. It’s a shame because this has been our go to gift for friends and colleagues when they have new babies for years and this would’ve been about our 15th blanket purchased.

Estimated a week to ship. It’s been 6 weeks and no communication and no sign of the blanket. Kinda defeats the purpose of a newborn gift when it’s so late. Demanding a full refund.

Would give 0 if I could. I placed an order on December 1st, they took my money and then disappeared. My order status never changed, I emailed twice and sent a separate message through Instagram and nothing! My daughter is without her Christmas gift and I am without my money. Fantastic business model for you, terrible for the customer.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I ordered a blanket as a baby gift in September and never received the item. I haven't gotten a response to any of the messages I've sent and haven't been able to reach anyone at the company. I had to dispute the charge.

I would give them a -1 if I could. The lack of customer service with this company is unreal. And this is not the first time I’ve dealt with them or advised this. They have a great product…..perhaps they should now focus more on how to properly handle a business? I currently have an email in to them and a FB message plus a FB comment asking for help. All I’d like to know is the ETA on a product they listed as “in stock”. Easy Question I would assume? Yet no response. This isn’t my first go around with this company either. There were issues in the past as well. This company has a good attractive product….now they need to focus on how to actually handle running the business and learning that customer service is extremely important and should be made a priority.

I placed an order almost a month ago. My credit card was charged immediately. There has been no communication since, and you can't reach anyone at this company. They have no phone number and they don't answer email. I will be disputing this through my credit card company if I don't hear back from them in the next few days.

I have emailed multiple times to ask the status of the order I placed on 8/28/21 and have not received yet? And no one will return my request. It makes me very sad! I have ordered multiple blanket for my grandchildren and have never had an issue before. It has been almost 4 weeks. Maybe someone could contact me?

Never received item.

I want a refund but no way to contact them.

I have ordered from here previously and sizing and pricing has changed dramatically. apparently I ordered a $48 washcloth because that is the size of the blanket that came. Also, previous orders came with the extra blanket that I had promised to a pediatric cancer hospital patient that I know through church. unfortunately this shipment did not because the rules have apparently changed. Slow shipping, much smaller sizing and apparently no extra blanket for donation - this will be my last order from here.

When you finally get the product, it's great. As much as I want to keep purchasing from the company based on the charitable aspect, the actual service is sub par and not worth it. When dealing with products for babies that incorporate size, timing is a huge factor. Babies grow quickly! So if you're looking for the smallest sized blankets, don't bother because your baby will need a larger size by the time you receive your item. I'm still currently waiting on one of the two orders I made over a month ago to ship. There's been no communication from the company and they're also slow to respond to customer inquiries. This is probably the fifth order I've placed with them but until operations improve it'll most likely be the last.

Sent one as a gift and she loved it.
