I order on June 19ty it is now July 10th and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve called their number on the Instagram page, I have DM them, I’ve emailed, tried their Facebook page and their Facebook page comments and no response. I soient over $65 with Happy Blankie. My son is Due August 4th and this blanket was the first thing I bought for him and haven’t received it

I’m getting tired of waiting for my order to come and if it doesn’t come soon I’ll let the Better Business know and never buy from you again!!!!!! Beth Ann Ganiere

I ordered a blanket over 3 weeks ago with no updates (no personalization or anything that could have caused delays). I emailed the company directly to check my order status and they have not responded. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Awful Customer Service! I'm still waiting for my order and get no response from Happy Blankie! My credit card has been charged and they will not respond to email and cannot be reached by phone. I'm very concerned they are out of business but still taking orders and collecting the money. Very upset long time customer.

I have ordered from Happy Blankie multiple times because of their wonder blankets. I ordered a medium dinosaur for our great nephew when he was born with his name embroidered on it. It is beautiful. He mother loves how soft the blanket is. They are great quality. I can see him enjoying the blanket for years to come. I highly recommend the blankets. I also feel good that an additional blankie is donated with every purchase.

Delivery took a little longer than the website promises which was my past experience also.... and had to switch out the Dog for the Dino because it went out of stock after ordering. Dino is super cute so it works out. Hopefully the Dog is back in stock soon, would love to order one! Great blankets and my kids love them, worth the wait.

My family has been buying from Happy Blankie from the beginning. As with every company that has a great product, demand increases quickly. Keeping in mind that they donate 1 for 1 with orders, growing pains are expected but they are on top of it. We placed our order so we could make a donation to honor a very special little boy who LOVED his Happy Blankie. We received an immediate response that our order was received and a shipping label was printed. The order sat in shipping for awhile and it was starting to make us nervous. After a few unsuccessful phone calls, we sent an email. Once we sent the email we heard back almost immediately and Emily jumped into action to make sure our package arrived on-time. Not only did she personally figure out that the label was damaged and that is why it wasn't shipped, she personally put a new label on it and expedited the shipping. This is a good company, run by good people who make a great product. They do the right thing and that's what sets them apart.

8/4/21 Happy Blankie has had a difficult past few months (Like many businesses) causing delays in orders and customer support. Once they finally reached out explaining this they redeemed themselves by making it right with my order. I am very happy with their blankets and hope they find the help they need to get back up on their feet!

5/28/21 I purchased a blanket one month ago and still have not received it. Almost 3 weeks after my purchase I received an email saying the blanket I purchased is now out of stock and I need to select another style. They claimed this was the 2nd email they sent but I never received one prior to this. I have responded twice to their email and still have not heard back from them. My gift recipient STILL has NOT received the gift I promised her. Very upsetting.

This blanket is amazing! I bought it for myself because I have anxiety and it has helped a lot. Not only for kids would recommend to everyone

I absolutely love your product. But your service is poor. Ordered three blankets from you in last approximate 18 months. First order went fine. Second order was placed in April 2020. I called multiple time because I was concerned that gift recipient did not receive gift and that based on how the confirmation was sent back to me they would not know that gift came from me. Called your office multiple times and was assured that shipping and labeling went perfectly. Talked to gift recipient a few weeks later and they had no idea who the blanket came from. It showed that they sent it to themselves.
Just placed a new order. Many of the blankets were out of stock. I was not able to realize this until I tried to submit the order. Took me over one hour and an email to your corporate office to submit order. Order was placed on 4/28. It was supposed to ship in 7-10 days. It appears it has not shipped yet, but really have no idea. Again love your product but the customer service makes it very hard to order form you.

Our order showed up faster than we thought and looks amazing! can't wait to gift it to our son this weekend.

I placed an order on 3/15 and have received no updates...I have called twice, Facebook messaged, emailed twice and instagram messaged with zero response....I honestly don’t know if they are even still in business...highly disappointed.

I placed my order, a gift for a newborn to be delivered to newborn’s address, on 2/26/2021. I received an email that order was placed and that I would receive emails regarding status. I called customer service on 3/16/2021 and 3/16/2021 and left messages both times. I haven’t received a return call. I emailed customer service on 3/18/2021. I haven’t received any kind of response to my email. I don’t know the status of my order other than it was confirmed. I have no notice that it has been shipped or delivered and no communication from customer service to multiple inquiries. I have ordered several times from Happy Blankie with no issues. I am very disappointed in customer service and frustrated regarding this order.

This is the 4th Happy Blankie purchase I've made, and it definitely won't be the last! Every blankie has been gorgeous and absolutely LOVED by its recipient! Thank you for making such a beautiful, quality product!
