Terrible Service!!! I have been trying to return a product for over a month. I left messages on their phone and sent at least 7 emails. I have had no response whatsoever.

Misleading marketing, garbage products, terrible customer service
This company willfully misleads customers. They bill themselves as "proudly Canadian"...because they have an office space set up in Toronto. Their products are garbage—badly made, poor-quality items that are effectively dollar-store goods, which they sell at a staggering markup. These items—again, cheap plastic items that you'd find at Dollarama—ship from somewhere in China, and take more than a month to arrive...if they arrive at all. They claim to offer 24/7 customer service, but refuse to respond to customers or offer any updates on the status of shipments. This business is a scam. Stay away!

Not in Canada and the phone number goes right to voicemail. Bad service. Products shipped from China and will take over a month to arrive. I only ordered because I thought it was coming from Toronto. Waste of time and money. I wish I read the reviews before wasting my money.

NOT a Canadian company they are based out of china; their address in Toronto is a residential apartment block.
Out of my 5 items 3 arrived. 1 was not as described or pictured. I have tried leaving reviews on their website and they are deleted. I have also tried to contact them through their live chat and email with no success.
