happyfares is a complete fraud
happy fares is very unfortunate to have cheated me in the recent past. i had booked a ticket for laxman thapa and the pnr for an airindia flight, which when checked with airindia did not exist. there was no ticket and laxman thapa never travelled. i am now going to take shanti jain & his whole effin team for a memorable ride that might make you change your name to saddestfares and Ashanti jain. i shall engage an employee to badmouth your fraud company in all social media platforms frequently just for starters. get prepared you bunch of thugs.

Customer service needs improvement
My flight got cancelled but the communication for it was quite delayed and could be better. The customer support numbers were switched off and it took a while to get a response on Whatsapp.
