After 4 months of zero growth and…
After 4 months of zero growth and continued hair shedding/loss I cancelled my subscription. The woman I spoke with kept trying to sell me different options until I literally said “stop, stop, please stop selling to me I just want to cancel my account” 5 days later they charged my account. I immediately called to cancel the shipment as I had canceled my account. They told me I needed to wait and receive the shipment and then send it back for a refund. The worst annoyance (illegal?) is there is no way to take all of your account information; name, address, credit card information, out of their system. They call me relentlessly to this day.

We understand how upsetting it must have been to feel pressured during your cancellation request. While our team may offer alternative options, especially since Happy Head provides customizable treatments, your request to cancel should always be respected promptly and without added stress. We sincerely apologize that this was not your experience.
Regarding the recent charge, once an order has been sent to the pharmacy and preparation of the medication has begun, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it. For this reason, we ask that cancellation requests be submitted at least 3 days prior to the next billing date to allow time for processing. In situations like this, we do ask that the order be returned once received so a refund can be issued.
We also want to clarify that you can request to be removed from marketing communications at any time, and we would be happy to ensure that outreach is stopped moving forward.
Lastly, we understand your disappointment with the results so far. Around the 4–6 month mark is typically when many customers begin to see visible improvement, and it can take up to 6 months of consistent use to reach full effectiveness, depending on individual factors. That said, we respect your decision and your experience.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it highlights areas where we need to improve, particularly around communication, cancellation, and overall customer experience.

Somehow, my order was delivered to the wrong address (at no fault of HH but USPS). I informed Happy Head that I had not received my order, and they immediately sent me a replacement the following day. They kept me updated on the tracking, as well as following up as to whether I did in fact receive my order ;)

Due to stress I lost all my hair on the left front side of my head. It was awful and traumatizing. I used the topical. 3 months later it all grew back. My head was bald and now it all grown back. Highly recommend the topical!!!
