The ppl are friendly and help u out when needed, dogs love the different types of treats, the budget box monthly is great for the price love the other offers they have, I just bought some powder for there tummies and powder for joints and I absolutely love it being natural things and not having to give medication from the vets, and when I receive a delivery each month my 2 are so excited, the points system I'd a brilliant idea as when you get 2,000 points yo get money off every bit helps
